My fiancé and I used to order here all the time and we loved it but something happened. The foods great if you get carry out but if its delivery, expect something to happen to it every time. Last week, we put in an order 4 hours before we needed it. We got it an hour later than our requested time AND they told us they were out of icing for the cinnastix. I asked them if they could give us a different dessert because you cant eat them without icing and they said "but....we are about to deliver it?" So I decided to compromise and ask them to refund it for me because we already paid for it and they said "we cant do that. We can give you another sauce." Garlic sauce? For cinnastix? Youve got to be kidding me. I got pissed especially because we paid for it 5 hours ago and it was supposed to be there an hour ago. Then! We ordered two of the large family size meal of wings. They said it would be 30 mins but took an hour and a half. I called and they said they would remove $5 from our ticket and they didnt! Not only was our food cold and soggy, we paid $50 for a handful of fries and wings when it was two family size meals. What the hell?! This wont feed a family! This place either needs new management or to be shut down! Stealing customers of money and time and doesnt care about it.

So I decided to order just one pizza. Not much at all. My estimated time was the normal 30-40 minutes total. I ordered my pizza at 12:30. An hour passed by so I decided to call. They told me "oh Im sorry the driver had a flat." I know stuff happens but they couldve at least gave me a courtesy call letting me know. Pizza Hut tells me she should be back anytime now and your pizza is the next out. I called back maybe 10 minutes away to cancel the order that I already paid for since I knew the driver wouldnt make it in time before I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. Theres no way I could wait any longer if the driver wasnt even back at the store yet to even get my 1 pizza. The driver decides to call me maybe 15 minutes later to tell me shes only 5 minutes away after I already canceled my order. Im no longer at my home to even get the pizza if I still wanted it. Im 6 months pregnant and I was really waiting and craving that pizza. Had I known it wouldve been almost an hr in a half I wouldve eaten a snack. Oh and they didnt even try to offer a refund or accommodate me at all before I canceled my order. Im disappointed and I will not be ordering again.

Terrible customer service.! The food is good n Ive always gotten deals online bt last night they messed up my order n turned ME into the bad guy.! soon as i called n told them they screwed up they treated me like i was just trying to get free food. First a boy said i would have to pay for another pizza. Of course i was upset, i didnt get what i paid for, why would i pay again. Then he wanted me to pick it up... why did i tip the delivery guy then..He said hed talk with the manager n get my order remade. They called back n said i would have to give the pizza they first gave me back. This insulted me and i admit i did start cursing him out and even more when they tried to tell me they were going to give it to the homeless. I was in fast food management n this outrageous service is unacceptable. I became so angry i was belligerent. The manager being petty then said i was not getting the pizza i paid for. I basically got a disgusting pizza, terrible service, was insulted and ended a terrible day hungry for $20.

This used to be the place over a year ago.. I would order three times a week. Never a wrong order, wonderful drivers, phone answered quickly, friendly customer service, food on time, etc. Today we ordered two med pizzas, and wings. We were told only 70 minutes, ok fine. Over two hours later, multiple calls, etc. We decided not to pay for our entirely cold and late pizza and wings. We tipped the driver anyways, but paid nothing for this pizza and service. This place is, I mean a AWFUL REFLECTION OF PIZZA HUT BRAND!!!! DONT CALL, DONT ORDER, let this place GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

When I called and ordered a small pizza over the phone the dude just assumed I meant the smallest Pizza they had which was those 12 inch ones but he didnt mention the actual size of it and I expected the size up from that but he wasnt specific. If you order something theyll just assume what you want without asking you for more information. The place is in the worst part of town its just a straight-up ghetto you feel like youre in downtown Chicago youll be lucky to make it out alive.

LET THIS PLACE GO OUT OF BUSINESS! Awful wait times, cold food, horrible customer service, every time I call the answer and say please hold and make your wait 5 mins before your can place your order. Also if you complain more than once they tell you its suspicious and that your just trying to get free food. This Pizza Hut will never earn my business again. Dominoes in Antioch is 20x times better!

well..I usually would order all the time from this pizza hut but..just tonight I called at 9:52pm to place an order..and they left me on hold for like 6mins..so I Hung up and decided to call back..I told them they had left me on hold..i didnt mind but once I told her my order the lady told me that it was too late because it was pass 10..Wtf!!?? So...very..very bad customer svc!!!!

I order a pizza from here and it said that it would be to my place in 1hr and 25 mins ! That was at 9:22, it is now 11:34 and I have still not received my pizza! I called them and the lady informed me the gentleman was 10 mins away! I even spoke with him bc he is lost and I never received my pizza ! Worst service ever ! Now it says closed when you call !

Erin the assistant manager needs some assistance with his customer service he is beyond rude... But if I was at a dead end job Id probably have an attitude too lmfaoooooooo claimed he didnt have corporate number. A real ass hole all of this because they messed up my order smh

Horrible, lets just say I dont like pizza from big companies like Pizza Hut or Dominos but this goes beyond that, I literally called and all they did was pick up the phone a put it back down then they hanged up. I just ordered because theyre the only place that delivers.

Ordered a bacon cheese stuffed pizza at 1840. Delivery time of 1950. Called them at 2120 since my food wasnt here and I hadnt received a call. They told me it was in transit, then called me at 2040 to inform me they were out of bacon cheese stuffed crust pizza...

Called do order had me holding for 20 min i hung up called back and they wanted to put me on hold again i said i cant hold no more made my prder told me my pizza was going to be ready in 30 min , in 30 min i went and pick it up they havent started making the pizza
