The food is wonderful, and the servers are exceptional. However, the last several times we have dined there,( the last time being Monday, May 18th, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.,) the hostess on duty seems to have a problem when we do not like the seating area she leads us to. May I suggest that your hostess ASK the CUSTOMER where they would like to sit, instead of trying to accommodate the server, (which is what we were told by the hostess when we asked the reason for her attitude regarding our request to be seated elsewhere) thereby making the customers experience more gratifying and thus promoting the customers desire to return to a favorite dining place. The disdainful attitude portrayed by more than one hostess at this location seems to indicate further training in the customer service area.

Red Lobster is a well known brand with seafood offerings you dont often see in central Indiana. Even oysters on the half shell. This particular establishment is located only a few miles from my home and we visit regularly. From a well-appointed bar to expansive dining rooms, this Red Lobster has the atmosphere of a quaint fishing village and the elegance of fine dining. The menu is ample with selections from surf to turf and fine wines to accompany them. Theres also a childs menu with something for every tot. Best of all is the friendly and respectful demeanor of the staff, who make you feel at home and make darn sure you get enough to eat. Bring your sweats or take home a doggie bag if you want to make it back to the car.

My husband and I have eaten here on numerous occasions and have always had a great dinner. Last Saturday however (1/25/2014) was the best mainly due to a waiter named Adam.We have never had him before and all I can say was he was by FAR The BEST Waiter we have Ever had ANYWHERE! Thanks Adam and Red Lobster for the superb food and dining experience! We will be back and looking forward to having Adam again!

We went there May 18th & my daughter got fried cod & ended up with Salmonella poisoning. Luckily she didnt eat it all but was deathly sick for well over a week. No one else ate that but her. This needs to be investigated. It was lunch time.

Fast-food quality with a sit-down restaurant price. Unhealthy and forgettable entrees under the corporate logo & decor. The cod I ordered smelled strongly of ammonia (spoilage). Wont be going back unless someone else is buying.
