took my son out for birthday dinner, 5 of us in total . since it was "crabfest" we ordered their entrees with all of the different seafood. first the waiter messed up the wine order - I ordered white my sister n law ordered red...brought us both a white - ordered our dinner 45 minutes later still dont have a our food while the table of 5 next to us sat down after us and recd their food before us. Waiter admits he messed up on an order - said they were "making" it. finally food comes to the table. all of them were cold to luke warm. manager comes over said how can I help - I m the only one sent my crab back -he basically nuked it and brought back out to me . No one else wanted to send theirs back because at this point we had already waited 45 minutes. Manager said Ill be back to check on you - low and behold never seen the manager again. My brother in laws broccoli was raw - I piece was cooked. Get our bills - bills are messed up! The place was not even busy! No discount on our bills .... no sorrys from the manager...terrible terrible terrible - will not be back there anytime soon. Cant see spending 110 dollars on cold food and horrible service from both the staff and the manager. Dont go there! I dont even want to give it 1 star.

Just ate at Red Lobster for the first time in years at the Kentwood, MI location with my husband and two very young daughters. I was very impressed with the staff, food and service. My daughter took an interest in pretending to be a waitress by the end of the meal and was grabbing the drink books from the end of the tables, pretending to ask our orders. One of the waitresses noticed and took it upon herself to equip our daughter with a name tag, book and paper so she could "practice" beinflg a waitress at home. After being in the restaurant business and with my experience at restaurants, I have never seen anyone go above and beyond for kids like that. Their friendly staff and service is unmatchable and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for accommodating our family so well!

Worst location I have ever been to. Sat us in the dark under burned out lights and clearly told us we cant move when it was dead inside. We could barely read the menu and got laughed at for using the phone light to see. I asked the server to read it and they were happy to show off their skill of being able to read off the menu without looking at it. Food was pretty bad and my girlfriends salad was soggy rotten. We tried our best to be nice but got treated like we were trying to get a free meal. All I asked is that management pay close attention to quality because they are wrecking a good business name. We are never coming back here and I hope something else replaces this even if it is a McDonalds.

This particular location seems to have ongoing issues, not sure why. Weve always had great service at the Grandville location. We were there on a Saturday night with another couple and were told that no biscuits were available. Really? On a Saturday night no biscuits? There was also a mess up with the order and the server proceeded to argue with us about what we did and did not say. Manager came over, but never apologized. Food was good, service was abysmal.

We visited Red Lobster for the first time in over ten years for a family celebration. Our party of eight was seated quickly and we had a very friendly waitress. I had the lobster tacos which were good with just the right amount of heat. The portions were large so most of us took home food. Overall, a very nice evening.

I normally avoid RL anywhere else, as they arent clean or fresh. This particular location clearly has excellent management. Everything is fresh, flavorful with many healthy options if youre not there for the cheesy biscuits. They serve an amazing amount of people without making you feel rushed. Great for takeout too.

My family and I were on vacation. Weve always wanted to eat at Red Lobster, so we decided to splurge. Our first visit will be our last. The prices were high, the portions were small, and the food was incredibly average. We had to go somewhere else for dessert to salvage the evening.

The food is excellent and tasty, however a little expensive and over the years Red Lobster has cut their menu down and many of their tastiest dishes they no longer serve. Whatever happened to Lobster Mac, Red Lobster?? EDIT they brought back Lobster Mac for Lobsterfest!

Ordered the meal for 2 yesterday for carry-out and it was great! We had some salmon with broccoli and shrimp with a baked potato. Really great quality food, definitely exceeded my expectations. Those little biscuits were a nice little treat too! Thanks!

Went for shrimp fest, tried to make it a fun event with friends. Decent food, but they stopped us early on refills, so definitely not unlimited shrimp. Bummed because it was expensive, being an all-you-can-eat meal but they gave us checks early.

Great service! Visiting from out of town and our server took the time to write down places where my husband and I could eat and enjoy our anniversary! That was such an extra unexpected touch! Food was great too!!

Great service! But the food wasnt that good. My husband got the Maine lobster there wasnt much meat, it was stringy and the rest of his food was cold. Although the waitress gave us a discount for the trouble
