Waitress was SUPER nice, but the Lebanon outback needs to get it together! Ordered online, last time the steak was horrible - too tough to eat, so this time I got chicken. The food was good but the online ordering said food would be ready at 5:45, I arrived about 10 minutes early because I was in a hurry, didnt get my good until around 6:15? I ordered milk with the kids meals thinking it would come in sealed bottles. My mistake, it comes in a styrofoam cup, with ice in it. I knew my kids wouldnt drink it like that so I asked for Sprite instead, they were super accommodating which I really appreciated but they didnt have cup holders and the sprites were overflowing and dripping and I had to wipe them down one at a time before taking them. Also they forgot two fries, which luckily I caught before leaving, but didnt realize I was missing two other things until I got home :( not worth $70

Was at this location on Monday. When we pulled in we noticed not many cars in the parking lot so we were happy we wouldnt have a wait. When we walked in we noticed a couple receiving a pager. My husband counted the open tables on the right hand side of the place and there was over 15! There was many more on the left hand side. We told the young man there was 4 of us and advised us it would be a 20 minute wait! I asked him why so long and he said because they are short staffed and only have a few waitresses. The bar was open however we have kids so we couldnt sit there. I wasnt going to wait 20 minutes for a table. If they are that short staffed then Im sure it would have taken forever to get our food. If they are that short staffed then Im thinking there has to be some issue with management. I hope corporate sees this and does some research on this location.

Ordered Alices Spring Chicken to go with LOADED MASHED POTATOES STEAKHOUSE MAC & CHEESE & RYE BREAD I paid 27$ including tip. Nothing to eat my food with no napkins no fork nothing to cut the burned chicken I recieved. The loaded mashed potatoes was only an order of mashed potatoes they didnt give me the cheese, bacon bits, sour cream or anything. The Steakhouse mac and cheese were loaded down with steak seasoning couldnt even eat it. When I called the manager to discuss the issue I was hung up on. I have traveled the U.S. and eaten at many Outback Steakhouse Restaurant one of my favorites. DO NOT EAT AT HARTMAN DRIVE LEBANON TENNESSEE OUTBACK!!! I READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND HOPED THE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM GOT THE MANAGER ON THE BALL. I WAS WRONG!!!! BAD QUALITY BAD COOKS BADLY EXPEDITED AND GAVE A 5$ TIP AND DIDNT EVEN GET PLASTICWARE!!

We went there after we had an event in Nashville. We have been to others in TN. The wait staff here was not friendly at all. I dont think we got a single smile. We all ordered the same special 4 course dinner. Orders were all messed up. Nothing came out at the same time. Salads were warm, the soup was about the only thing worth eating. We got our salads and the waitress stated that our steaks were ready and would be out in a minute. We stated that we would like fresh ones due to wanting to take our time. Our server got the manager and he said that they would put fresh steaks on. The steaks came out and they were not fresh at all. Over cooked and dry. Manager gave one of us a free steak the rest he did not. Unless the wait staff changes I would not reccomend this outback

Worst experience at outback ever. Waited approx. 10 minutes to even get my waitress. Got my dinner, had no silverware. Finally got silverware, it was filthy. Never once received a refill on my drink. After eating meal, ordered strawberry cheesecake, received strawberry shortcake. Sent it back, then received strawberry cheesecake with not one piece of actual strawberry on it. Has strawberry juice only on it. I was seated in bar area close to kitchen where waitresses were constantly cutting up with each other instead of taking care of customers. It was 9pm, when its slow there, and I still received the worst service ever. In all fairness, my steak was good, therefore receiving 1 star. Rediculous service will keep me from EVER returning.

I ordered the "New" Hamburger Steak with grilled onions and mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The meat was still bleeding when it was served, I asked for medium (not bloody) and the potatoes looked like they had turned to glue from sitting under a heat lamp too long. The mushrooms were burnt to a crisp, tasted horrible. Before we even got one bite down someone came by that we hadnt seen before (I hate this) and asked if our meal was OK. I asked our server to take a portion of the charge off for the horrible potatoes, he did. We will NEVER go back to this Outback for a meal, weve been disappointed in the past but this place has gone downhill at a rapid speed.

I am surprised anyone had a good experience here. My husband decided to take me out for my birthday. The experience was horrid. The food was subpar, and the waitress was terrible! My husband ordered a side of shrimp which she forgot. We asked about it and she claimed she did not forget, it just took a long time to cook shrimp! Are you kidding? I happen to cook a lot myself, please! Then she was shocked when she brought the shrimp out after we had finished eating when we told her we no longer wanted it. I have eaten there before and the experience was not good. I thought maybe it was just an off day, not so.......We wil never return. Such a shame.....

I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit. Our waitress didnt get our drinks for 15 minutes. We ask for seconds on bread and never got it! The salad was not fresh. I got the Alice springs chicken it barely had mushrooms and the bacon was horrible. Our waitress kept apologizing for forgetting things and not just to us but other tables around us. She only had 3 tables totally 11 people. The staff also left 3 tables around us dirty for over 10 to 20 minutes. They werent busy at all. We usually go to the Madison location but went here because it was closer to home. Dont think we will do that again!!!

We ate dinner on wed night 11/20/13.The Cloth napkins smelled like bathroom hand soap. No manager( surpise) in sight. The new napkins smelled also. I got a caeser salad. The dressing tasted like salt only, no other flavor. I ordered unsweet tea to drink.My second glass ( as usual was sweet tea). I eat out quite often and was very disappointed in this restaurant. I have eaten many times at the Nashville Outback and always got good food and service.I believe the manager of this restaurant is 100% responsible for my terrible experience.My steak was ok.I think this restaurant is not very clean.

This Outback is hit or miss, usually miss. We come here because theres not a lot of variety in Lebanon and this is close to our home; and we have A LOT of patience. One of these are going to happen when you visit this restaurant: your order is messed up; your drinks take 15+ minutes; or your service is terrible. I dont want my app/soup/salad/bread/ and entree coming out within minutes of each other cluttering the table. The food is typically good, nothing special, as it is a chain restaurant. When we order steaks, they are usually cooked correctly and I dont need sauce.
