The service was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!! There were about a dozen mistakes they made in about 30 minutes...To set the scene, this location is about a year old, and entire staff is made up of young girls who are either untrained, very poorly skilled, or simply dont want to work. They were all over the place, but none of them were working in what was obviously, a very busy time of day. They stood around mostly talking to one another or checking their phones. -My party of three arrived, the hostess took down our name, but marked us as a party of 5. Because of this, several tables were sat before us. -When we were sat, the waitress took our drink and food orders. She came back 10 min later with one water, and two drinks (missing two waters). -Our order was a mess. It was written down right, but they gave us boned wings, instead of boneless, we didnt receive our appetizer, the cheese fries were missing cheese, and we still had not received water, plates, or cutlery. -She took the order back, and our appetizer arrived 10 min later -5 later we finally got our water. -Another 5 min later we were given forks and knifes -Again another 5 min later we finally received plates after getting up to get them ourselves -Our food arrived and instead of "MILD" wings she put us down for "WILD" the 2nd hottest wings on the menu. My friend has a delicate stomach and was puking blood in their bathroom because of this mistake. -Our entire meal was paid for by the house for their gross negligence. Service was terrible, the food (the bits we received) was significantly less quality compared to other BWWs Ive visited, and the drinks were poorly mixed concoctions of alcohol mixed with sugar and water. If you are a frequent BWW attender, its probably best to find a different location.

MANAGER PLEASE !!! Came to eat here January 31, 2017 the waiting in line took about 45 minutes but there were about 5-6 empty dirty tables, we finally were given a booth. My waiter or waitress, he is a male but has long hair and wears make up he took our order, he gave us our menu but never came back to see if we were ready to place our order, instead I had to raise my arm to get his attention. He took our order and brought us our drinks and never returned to see how we were doing or if we needed anything, I was regreting to be there. The waiting for the order was 1 hr. and yes we did have a refill for our drinks after calling his attentin with my arm and still here just walked pass by, until again I had to call for his attention, while he was giving good service to other tables. When 40 min. went by and our order was not coming I called him and asked him if he could please check how long more for our order to come, I saw him going and coming from the kitchen but never came to give us any update. After an hour of taking our order I asked him why it took so long and he did not answer my question instead he said I remember you from last time you had me running around and didnt GIVE ME A TIP !! I hope a manager reads this and replys to my message, I need manager to do some research on my purchases, this person gave me terrible service and worst of all confuse us, please track down my previous visits to proof my tips, an employee that treats customers like this does not need to work there. MANAGER PLEASE !!!

Upon arrival, we were not greeted. There were two hosts, one was a brunette, the other a blonde with black glasses. They were talking smack about a customer, and kept talking bad about them as we waited to be even greeted. We waited approximately 2 minutes, before even a hello. Next, they asked where we would like to sit, and we said, anywhere but in the middle of the dinning room. They put us next to a table with VERY rowdy children. We waited about 3-4 minutes, and no one came to check on us, no waiter, no drinks. I went back up to the host stand and asked to move to a quieter table, I asked for an empty box that had just gotten cleared off. The brunette girl attended me, rolled her eyes at my request, and then rudely picked up the menus, sat us at the new table, and walked away. She didnt even look at us, no customer-oriented mentality. I watched her with other customers, and she was completely rude with everyone else. No eye contact, no smile, no warm welcomes. Then, our server at that new table took another 3 minutes to just ask us for drinks. We had waited almost 10 minutes for just a greet from a waiter. Overall, the hostess were TERRIBLE, and the waiter wasnt great either. Having been worked in restaurant for a few years, Im absolutely appalled at the service of this restaurant, honestly the worst weve ever been to. On top of that, the manager was no where to be found. Patrick wasnt watching his guests well, I had to get his information from the door. Pathetic.

Ive worked at this location before. Aside from myself, it was full of immature, silly employees and managers with bad attitudes. Needless to say, I quit! I was always the only one doing my damn job around lazy ass dumbasses and was ganged up on when I gave them a taste of their own medicine. Always taking selfies in the bathroom while theres a packed house. I hated it for the 2 months that I was there. But for others who plan group outings, It is not a place where a large group can be seated together due to safety hazards. Only 6 to a table or booth. I know a lot of reviews have had complaints about being seated together but its just that simple. You also get seated by what is available not what time you get there. If a group comes in after you that is larger than yours, say your group is only two people for example, they wont seat two people at a 4-6 seater table or booth so that group after you would be seated first. However if a two seater opened, you should be the first notified unless you dont hear your name. I hope this saves some of you the trouble. Call ahead to ask how many can sit at one table, if needed. Be mad at the idiots that work there because theyre idiots with bad people skills and service, not the safety precautions because its a pretty cozy and small ass space. Lord knows youd want to sue if something was to happen. But overall, food and service still sucks. Hated everything about it!

Never again. I usually order out here every now and then and have learned from experience to always order way in advance. Otherwise you will be waiting for a long ass time. Today however we decided to dine in. It was very busy, as expected, but the wait was in my opinion way to long. On top of the 45 minute wait it took to get seated, the waiter took 20 minutes before coming to attend us. We ordered some appetizers, drinks and of coarse wings. About 20 minutes later the waiter came out with ours drinks. I asked for lemons and if the appetizers could come out first. The waiter said the appetizer would be right out. They never came. About another 30 minutes or so later all the food came out together. The fries were cold and the wings had very little sauce. No one wanted to wait another 30 minutes so we just ate. After the food came out the waiter never came back we even had to ask the table next to us for some napkins because we never received any! I even had to hunt our waiter down for the bill. It was ridiculous. I asked the host if they were short staffed,out of curiosity, and she rolled her eyes and said no. I know that this place gets crowded so we expected the wait to be seated but the rest was very unnecessary. Thank goodness for great conversations because we were there for about 3 hours. And only about 30 minutes of those 3 hours were spent eating. Dont waste your time here.
