Best Gyros period. Get the platter and dont look back! Burgers and chili dogs are also great! Been going there for thirty years and have never been disappointed. Due miss the original owner, but current owners are cool too. Just noticed my insurance guy (Jay Marino) reviewed Doogie D below...His office was down the street from the D, but he recently moved to the nicer part in town! :) Cant do wrong with either Doggie D or Jay!!!

Excellent greasy spoon food. Their gyros are top notch.... but they have other good things like their hot dogs and shrimp. Ive been going here for a long time and nothing has changed. Great service and even better food.... the owner Billy is a really good guy too... often helping make the food. A local must try.

I grew up eating Doggie Diner and now every time Im back in town I make sure to stop in for their delicious food! There is so much to choose from but one of my favorites is the chili and my husband always gets the gyro platter. The milkshakes are really good, too! If you havent been here, TRY IT! :)

the onion rings were good, but i got cheese dogs for the kids and it was slices of american, that were partially melted and partially makin the dogs cold... milkshakes were solid, but nothing great... this is my second time, and probably the last time... wish them luck the rest of the way...

One of my all time favorites. A greasy spoons, greasy spoon! Ive eaten everything systematically on their menu and I can honestly say that most of the fish products got slightly over cooked. However, beefs, combos, pizza puffs, fries, gyros, dogs, ice cream is all top notch!

Hidden gem of Woodridge! This is pretty much every locals favorite place to eat. The burgers are juicy, I recommend getting 2 patties, the gyros are amazing, hot dogs are a great price and delicious. The one thing us locals really love from here is the fries.

Only tried this place once and got a gyro--should have known better, when I walk in and see the meat just sitting on a grill. Meat was hard and dry--had to pick half of it out, because it was hard as a rock. Got the "Greek Fries" and they were undercooked.

Great Chicago hot dog place. Gyros and burgers are awesome. Do have a few vegetarian options, grilled cheese on a pita or an egg and pepper sandwich. Everything is fantastic. Get their fries with the special seasoning.

My favorite place to get Gyros. Throw in some Cajun fries and a large Green River and Im a very happy guy. A short wait if theyre pretty busy, but nothing too crazy, the cooks stay on top of the orders very well.

Ive lived in the area for 23 years and have never tried Doggie Diner. I ordered delivery and am so glad I did! the Gyro cheeseburger was PHENOMENAL. Unique,tasty, and reasonably priced.

These guys can screw up an italian beef sandwich. Fries where ok. Wasnt even worth complaining, I just wont go back. Try Tommys Red Hots or Portillos if your in the burbs.

Prices are lower at Bolingbrook Doggie Diner. $5.95 in Bolingbrook for 2 Hot dog special. Woodridge 6.49 for example. Good tasting food however.
