The food was of high quality and extremely tasty, and you also get a decent amount of food for the price. It was exceptionally clean inside, with a very comfortable, family atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and the service could not have been any better! I really liked the fact that all of the servers worked together as a team to make sure everyone in the restaurant had what they needed, and kept up on checking to make sure everything was okay. Unlike most restraunts where the servers only take care of the customers sitting in their assigned sections only. We even had the owner come up to our table to make sure we were being taken care of properly, and to see if we were satisfied with everything. She could not have been any sweeter, and you dont see that too much anymore these days, where an owner or manager actually takes the time to make sure their customers are happy so that they are sure to come back again. If I had to say one negative thing I think that it would be that the fries could have come to the table a little warmer, but all in all, this is definitely a place I would recommend to all of my family and friends, and we will surely be back in again soon!

Long story short: FANTASTIC Place. Full story: Ignore the name; we were thinking this would somehow be a Latino hamburger place (with its name similar to "taqueria," "panaderia," etc.), which is another great idea, but this is actually a regular gourmet burger joint with tons of class. Its in an older strip mall, so the outside looks relatively unpromising, but when you step inside, you know that someone is paying attention to every detail of the place. It is impeccably clean and was decorated by someone with a real sense of interior design. It has this relaxed atmosphere and a cool vibe - with old-school Sinatra and company being piped in overhead. We sat in a booth with vintage newspapers all around and were given a menu with a thousand different burger choices. My wife, sister, brother-in-law and I ordered a variety of burgers, and all were superb. The waitress was somehow both efficient and relaxed and funny. The burgers didnt arrive with startling speed - probably because they prepare each one with loving care after you order - but we didnt need to wait too long either and really enjoyed the time. Top marks! Wish we had a place like it where I live in Texas!

Like to share tonights experience. After working a long 10 hour shift, I decided to grab something to eat on my way home. Ive heard great things about Hamburgerseria from people who have eaten here so I decided to try them out for the first time. I arrived at 8:53 pm, only to me met at the door by a female worker, who turned the "open" light up sign off with a broom stick, and flip the "closed" sign in my face, and locked the doors right in front of me. I couldnt have been more disappointed. As I drove towards home, I noticed a new local restaurant called Mooyah, there I was greeted quickly, ordered my burger and it was amazing! They have earned my repeat business. In a world where local business compete for the consumer dollar, hamburgerseria, has lost this customer because of tonights experience. I choose where I spend my hard earned money, and I mostly likely will not return. Thanks for reading!

Oh sweet baby Jesus these burgers are good! By far the most tender meat Ive ever had in a burger. The choices for odd off the wall recipes are huge, and the one i had was incredible. From the very first bite to the last - I wish I didnt go with the small size. The best part is, there are so many recipes to try! I could come back and every time be a little adventurous and try something new. I had the Ohare burger, but even the peanut butter burger sounds good. Heck, all of them sounds good. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve. My over all experience here is among the best Ive ever had. Come here and see for yourself. You wont regret it.

I regret not trying this place sooner! I travel to Joliet once a month and this place is my new favorite spot. The restaurant has a nice casual ambience. It is clean and inviting. The service is exceptional. Eileen makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent. Their burgers are cooked perfectly and well seasoned. They have a wide assortment of burgers, salads, sausages and a few chicken options. They also have a bean burger for when you are feeling a healthier option. The home fries are addicitve and there is a nice selection of craft beers. Do yourself a favor and try this place. You wont regret it.

Ive ordered from Hamburgerseria about 3 times. Each time I have ordered I have ordered a burger a certain way, and each time they have failed to even remotely come close. If you order medium, medium-well, or well done expect rare regardless. There menu has a few good items but until they learn how to cook to order you might as well go to McDonalds, because either way you will be eating a microwaved burger. I will not be going back due to their appallingly high level of incompetence, and would definitely recommend checking out any of the other local burger establishments long before Hamburgerseria.

A GREAT burger - there are a lot of places to get a burger but this one was one of the best I have ever had. Superior quality - some places like Fudruckers or 5 Guys have a fair burger but it gets greasy, (you have to use a napkin to soak up the extra grease before you can eat it) - not here - This Hamburger place has a burger that is juicy without it being greasy. I had the French Burger today (with Swiss and Cranberries). I like my meat medium rare to taste the flavor but most places dont cook it right - mine today was so good you would think I cooked it myself. I recommend this place

This is one of the few places where you get to enjoy the food they serve here.. What do I mean by that, As soon as you walk into the restaurant may not be to fancy and stuff but when it comes to food is the best, Everything you order here is fresh they even make your own patties the size you want them from small to a large size also the French fries are fresh nothing frozen... Also one important thing is the prizes are so low for everything !! So if you are planing on having a nice lunch or dinner visit Hamburgueseria!!! I recomend this place 100% or your money back Guarantee..

Their burgers and beer selection are phenomenal! And I love their service every time. Tonight I went in with my daughter & my sister, I sat down & told the waitress that I had a really bad day & I needed the worlds greatest burger and a beer! She was very sweet and funny; she took our order, brought our drinks right away, and then told me to vent my bad day to her, so I did. She continued to wait on us, brought us our check, & with it she brought me a big bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce with three spoons! It was such a kind gesture & I told her she really made my day!
