I wish I could give it no stars I come here every day almost sometimes 2-3 times a day just this location and the store manger Stephanie (very rude) btw not only lies but thinks its okay instead of remaking a drink as they told me (I believing them) oh no she reopen a drink and scooped out stuff then gave it back well you clearly forgot to get it all as I came in I asked to speak to a manger and pull the camera and she said my cards on the table wasnt even honest and kind enough to give me her card herself when it was her mess up I dont believe I will ever be coming to this location anymore as I do not know what could possibly be in my drinks .... 5 stars tho to the older gentleman Brian as anytime Ive ever had my little chihuahua with me he always offers a treat for my little one and as do as the morning crew are AMAZING so sweet but sadly Sundays are the worst day I guess as the same thing happened last week And my drink is one of the easiest drinks on the menu but yes Thank you Stephanie Popcora as long as you are store manager you have lost my business

On Monday morning August 14th, my wife drove thru and asked if there was any DAIRY in their Roasted Pepper Egg White cups, and after checking, the drive-up person assured her it was just Egg Whites and Roasted Peppers. It wasnt until after she got violently ill not long after consuming them, did she look the item up on the Starbucks website, and realize they are made with CHEESE too! Fortunately, her dairy allergy didnt place her life in danger, but it did make for a HORRIBLE day! We filed an incident report with the store (#10370) that day, and just today (August 17th), did someone from Starbucks corporate reach out to her. They apologized, and said theyd send a gift card out for the "inconvenience". We still dont know why the store manager never reached out, or even how this mistake could have been made in the first place. Granted, this is the first ever bad experience weve had at this store, so hopefully it was just an anomaly, but for someone with a more severe food allergy, it could have been a lot worse. Were grateful it wasnt in her case.

As far as Starbucks go, this place is regularly irregular. We go there 1 to 2 times a day, but the drinks are never the same, they always forget something and its a very long wait for "not what I ordered". Go to the Lincolnshire location, less disappointment and better coffee...

Horrible service and extremely slow. My order came out wrong and person taking my order had no clue to what was ordered and it was just a horrible experience. Did not even drink the coffee i received because it was not what i ordered. Never going there again!

Not a fan in general. Out of desperation for caffeine, I will go there. The drink quality has been declining for years, and the customer service is right behind it at this location. Coffee of last resort.
