The Chipotle in West Dundee is a great place to grab a bite to eat. The service is fast and friendly and the food is wonderful. The location is great - right on one of the main streets close to many other businesses and not far from other major roads. This Chipotle offers all the same great food as its other locations so if you love burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, etc. this, like other Chipotle locations, will satisfy your cravings.

This is the closest location to our house so we come here often. Always quick service and some very friendly servers that I am always happy to run into - they also dont skimp on the helpings. Not a great amount of seating, but its servicable, so even when its busy, theres usually a table opening up by the time you pay for your food. Starbucks is also next door, so that will often top off the outing.

The place ours amazing. The food is great and recently I went and got the new genuine queso. Its pretty good, worth the extra bucks. One minor step back is that the music ours way to loud. I was talking at first but when more people start coming in it gets crazy. Could have more choices of beverages.

Chipotle is one of my absolute favorites. So I know Chipotle, and this was the most disappointing. The fajitas were over cooked, the chicken was dry and charred, the salsa had barely any flavor. Everything was very blah. Extremely disappointing. I wont be back to this location.

I love this place, very professional, extremely clean, and amazing customer service, extremely friendly staff and great at their job. And the food is phenomenal! A guy there named Savon is the fastest worker ive ever seen, amazing worker!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Not all chipotles are created equal. This one is one of the better ones. The staff are very friendly here, always, when possible, taking your refuse and tray. Some places over season their ingredients. Ive found this location to be very consistent.

Assembly line style preparation is good in theory, but nobody changes gloves while preparing food unless you ask. Now that you have read this, you wont be able to not see it upon your next visit. Good food though.

Almost every Sunday I go out with my wife to the mall and after we stop by Chipotle for dinner. Been coming here for a while and never been let down. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The food rocks!
