Good food however, there is one extremely rude employee, Anna who I have had two issues with now. 1. First she was trying to close the inside dinning area over half an hour early and complaining to a coworker that we were not told that our order needed to be to go only right in front of us. 2. Then the 2nd time they were out of 2 entrées, my boyfriend was ordering his food and I was told there would be a wait for the 2 items I wanted, which was fine. When I asked if my boyfriends food could be kept hot since it was plated and mine would not be done for 8 minutes Anna said they couldnt do that. We wanted to eat together. When I asked if she could put it under the heat lights she replying that no wouldnt work that it wouldnt keep it warm in a nasty tone. So I told my boyfriend it was fine and to eat while it was hot. By the time my food was ready and getting plated my boyfriend was finishing so I walked up to ask Anna if I could have it to go instead before she got it all on a plate, her reply was "well I cant do that until you tell me" she said it as nasty as she possibly could. Prior to this while waiting I spoke to the manager about the previous issue and my guess is that Anna was angry because she was working on that day too and was listening to my complaint. After the exchange I waved the manager over again and as I was speaking with him she came into the conversation with an extremely bad additude trying to justify that telling me that "she didnt know until I told her" was not a rude response to me asking to have my food to go. I enjoy the food but not enough to deal with petty people with additude issues, Im not one of those costumer who just complain all the time or even get annoyed with mistakes or having to wait but if your going to act like that you shouldnt have a job dealing with customers. Will not return to this location unless its to get food to go and even then I dont know.

I always enjoy Panda Express, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Here in McHenry on Richmond Road we a lucky to have such an establishment. The atmosphere is invigorating, clean, and precise. This is not to say that the friendly employees act like robots because they dont. Today i spoke with Quy, a Vietnamese name he tells me that I learn translates into "regulation". When spoken "Quy định" sounts a whole lot like Quintin which symbolized "fifth born" originating from Latin Et Quintinus. Of not is that when five is translated to Vietnamese it is rendered as "năm" and in linguistics "five" also has ties to the word "pet" 寵物 as in a petraglyph made from sauce seasoning things to spoil. So I made him one and suggested it as an Icon for the franchise. Plum Man holds the chopstick staff that flies both flags, Salt and Pepper as both are necessary in contrast orientation. This Plum puppet has a Chili span that defines the borders in red, a violet head that resembles a dragon of (V) victory and a mustard packet upon his right shoulder to plow or "ard" into the Neck of the beast. It was Quy who slayed the dragon or rendered it to the sacred Basilica of fiber optics.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat and our visit was one of the best experiences we have had. The food was quick and very good. I cant say enough about Cody who was the young man who waited on us. He was so professional, polite and enthusiastic. You dont see that very often in fast food anymore. We will definitely be back again.
