Ive been going here for roughly a month now and tonight ( Sunday 6/13) they were running a tournament or something, with the only person running the place was the bartender who was more interested in playing darts than finding a table for us to play on. She asked me to go ask one of the guys running the tournament who it was obvious did not work there, about getting an available table. I have lived in the Dundee Area for 27 years since this building was a Ben Franklin store, and the customer service was terrible. it usually is, in fact, but there are usually far less people there. I will probably think twice about ever going back and wouldnt be surprised if others feel the same way if this is how others are treated when they come in.

First my cousin was told out party wasnt tipping enough. After I went to close my tab I was refused an itemized receipt. Told that their Pos system couldnt print them. Refused to tell me how I spent $90, which tells me she charged me for someone elses drinks. If you have a printed ticket you are capable of showing me what I paid for, when I asked for her managers name she told me it didnt matter be cause it was her husband. On to to better business bureau next.

When walked in there was maybe 5-7 people... one person was passed out at bar and bartender couldnt wake him.. and such left him there for 20-30 min until we raised a concern. I was over served and never was cut off.. was allowed to leave with no concern for my well being or any others.. womans undergarments hanging from the light fixture as if a frat house. The bartender kept using sexual innuendo to us which was very offensive... would not recommend..

went in here with some friends late night , wanted a krabby patty but the cashier squidward was very rude, but $2.99 for a krabby patty is a good deal. Then we hear someone yell "order up" and this yellow fella came out the kitchen. He looks so weird definitely not from here probably from a sponge factory in china! But he did make one good old patty , definitely worth selling the secret formula to plankton

They do NOT accept MILITARY I.Ds Very very poor service and very racist. Was told "we dont serve mexican beer nor do we accept military i.d, MEXICAN CARDS or passports" just because of the color of my skin Better Business Bureau WILL be contacted The 5 star reviews are obviously fake but no matter how fake your customers will get word around and you guys will hopefully be in debt.

Very rude. No regular customer respect. Fired my friend because the manager kim is to cheep to have more then one person on staff. And bartender is expected to run drinks and watch bar. She went to run a drink someone stole a handle while she was gone. They fired her over it and now im not allowed there because i said that it was bullshit. Kim is a shity person.

10 out of 10 definitely. Great restaurants underwater, lovely city, and welcoming locals. There are a some celebrities here, and they are happy to meet their fans. This place has an amazing beach, and a strong lifeguard staff. I highly recommend you to visit this place.

Best bar in the greater chicagoland area. Pool, corn hole, not so loud you have to shout at people an inch from you. Great beer selection. Good prices.
