Really only 1 Star for Poor. I been to many BWWs, once a month or so and more during Football season, but first time ordering from this location and first time ever ordering To-Go. Called from my cell, 7:48mins to order 12 wings and a wrap. Where the majority was waiting to get a Total. I was put on hold twice but in between with sounds of workers messing around. Considered asking for a Manager, but fingured that would take another 7mins of my life. The only reason I gave 2 stars, is I may give them a second try on the To-Go This is only my second review on google, maybe im just hungry, but dont make a man wait for his food.

If you like chicken wings with plenty of different sauces to choose from then B-Dubs is the place for you. I frequent this place often with friends who like to play trivia on their Playmaker game system. The wings are always good although the boneless wings sometimes come out as small nubs. If your a fan of wings then go traditional and skip the boneless. They have a good assortment of domestic drafts, although a bit on the pricey side. All in all this is place is energetic, safe for the whole family and a well rounded place to go.

Took us over 25 min to get seated on a thursday night . Then once we got seated no one ever came up to me and my girlfriend to ask us if we wanted drinks or even to interdoce them selves . We sat there for another 30 min before we got up and walked out leaving our menus on the table ... Oh ya once we were walking out there was six employees sitting at the take out counter talking and laughing up a storm. Did not even say anything to me and my girlfriend when we walked out .. THAT PLACE BLOWS FOR SERVICE ..

Ive been a regular customer for a while but have become frustrated over the past couple months. It may seem petty, but they recently removed the option for extra sauce ("wet") when ordering online for take-out and now the classic wing Tuesday has been replaced by boneless wing buy one get one free instead. This is likely across all B-Dubs restaurants, and Im guessing is a result of recent shake-up at the corporate level by activist investors. Either way, its no longer worth my money to go here.

This restaurant gives outstanding service and has great employees who serve their customers very very well. Many of their waiters go above and beyond their job requirements to help people out in many ways. I would recommend people to eat out here anytime , day, or night. Their employers are incredibly honest and very friendly. Their is a server named Brian who is outstanding at what he does and goes above and beyond!

Ive continued to return on a consistent basis primarily due to a particular server named Lori. She really sets the benchmark for service. I meet clients there as I know that the visit will be perfect with her at the helm. That allows the client to concentrate on the meeting. I average 40 visits a year and every one has been awesome. It really changes the dining experience when the person serving you really cares!

I live In Roundlake and have wings from this location 10/10 on the food its so good , its crunchy . EVERYTIME I get food from crystal lake my food is chewy not crunchy the skin is like falling off the meat . Honestly disgusting makes me second think ever ordering again . Not to mention I paid 18$ for a medium size wing that wasnt even worthe eating . Customer service was good . Food , aweful .

My friend and I thought it would be a great idea to visit Buffalo Wild Wings for some great wings. Little did we know we would be made fun of and felt very uncomfortable and awkward I am very disappointed with this experience because Ive been a customer for quite awhile now coming on 10 years. I would like a genuine apology by the crystal lake Illinois workers.

Im usually leery of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location does a good job compared to others Ive been to. The staff is always smiling and lately, wings always come out cooked and sauced well and servers ask before they leave if the sauce looks good. That was my biggest complaint in the past was dry wings. Good location and good spot to catch a game!

Went there on 11/30/2010 and it was awsome. They must have just changed the oil or had a good cook that night. I been there several times before, but this time the food was perfect. Best wings and buffalo chicken sandwhich I ever had. Whatever you did on 11/30 BWW, do it everytime because now its expected.

Bad customer service, you have to wait about 30 minutes for everything and then they dont even bother asking if you need anything else after youve been served. You have to call and catch their attention in order to get anything.

Service tonight was really slow, and when we finally got it, it was cold. Manager offered to replace fries, etc that was cold, and its been over 10 mins and still havent gotten them. Not typical for here... Not sure whats up.

Great place for the family and to catch a sports game. The only issues we have is that our foods tends to comes cold. Mgt is always very helpful to fix the issue. Just sad that it happens on a regular basis.

We did takeout. Food was good, probably order again in future. Pickup service was poor, ranch dressing opened up in bag and server took out container and handed me bag with ranch in it :(
