Went with my daughter last night around 9:30pm, only because she likes it so much. Waited so long to be seated that we thought wed made an error and were to seat ourselves; all while employees were chatting it up near the take-out area. When seated and ordered, noticed that other folks who were seated after us were fed, while we waited an unbelievable amount of time for our food. For a salad and chicken...Almost left before we got the food because it was SO LONG. Food was incorrect and had to be returned, then was almost unacceptable. I almost refused to pay the bill. Havent felt that way about any place in over 20 years. I am in a service profession and always give the benefit of the doubt, but this was horrible. My child said shed never had an experience like that and apologized all evening. I only tipped the waitress $3.00; Im usually a 25% tipper. $34.00 for one of the worst meals and restaurants Ive ever been to - and I travel for a living, so thats saying a lot. I dont want a coupon; I want my $34.00 back, but that wont happen. Never again will I return or recommend ANY BWW restaurant. No matter Im sure, because young people with no taste will continue to go there.

Went out to eat Saturday night around 11pm with a Buddy and my girlfriend. Ordered a Captain and Coke. The bartender filled the entire cup with ice and I barely got any thing to drink in it. I asked my waitress if the bartender could give me less ice on the next drink. Her reply put myself and my friends in shock. With a huge attitude, her reply to me was-" I will see what the bartender says". As a customer, and simply asking nice to have less Ice in my drink. I should not have gotten a response like that. How hard is it to give less ice ??? Then she comes back with my drink and still didnt give me less ice. For how much I have to pay for those drinks, I should be able to get what I requested. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had going to this location.

We got there at 4:40, waited at the take out line for about 10 min for the cashier to say we needed to place the order at the bar (of course they need to take more money from you when you stare at the beer at bar waiting for your food!). We went to the bar, ordered got our receipt by 5:17 and after complaining multiple times our food came only at 6:30!!!!! No one told us about the waiting time! All of it for 20 wings and 2 sides of salad! The table behind us was getting food every 15 min! On busy days like Super Bowl get more staff working!!!!!!! Never coming back to this one.

Pretty standard bar food. A lot of their food tastes like it was shipped frozen and re-heated. Not really any healthy options. Alcohol is pretty expensive but not absurd. There are better sports bars all around though, if youre just craving some wings I guess go for it, they do have a TON of sauces. But the atmosphere is loud and obnoxious, the service at this location has been HORRIBLE more than once, to the point that I simply wont go here anymore. Stinks cause back in the day when Scott was the manager it was a great place to hang out. Just too bad it all went downhill.

We had a party of 6, each one of us was very uncomfortable with the temperature there. To the point of us sweating. Our order took almost an hour, which is reasonable for a boneless Thursday, but once it finally got to us half of my order was missing and the same happened for another member of my party. It then took another half an hour to get the rest of the orders. We told our waiter we wanted our checks and about 10 minutes went by. We started to glance around the restaurant to get his attention and he was just standing over by the serving station spacing out.

ive been to three different bdubs and this one is the only bdubs that limited my options when choosing sauces. Normally when ordering traditional wings they give me the option to have as many sauces id like even if it was just one flavor per wing. and here, they limited the option to only one flavor per order of 6. yikes! it also seemed like the lady that took my order did not want customers. it seemed like she just wanted it to be slow so she could go home... it was 5:30pm so its not like i was coming at closing time. oh well

Went here couple days ago and ordered regular parmesan wings and a pepsi. Once i started eating the wings i tasted old oil on them. I ate 2 then 3 wings and still tasted old aged oil which means they are fried in old aged used up oil.. I finished the whole thing because was hungry but then got home and extremely bloated stomach till next day felt horrible. This place is not as good as it was years ago.

Im surprised by a lot of these reviews. If youve been to one, youve been to them all. Theres not much difference from the rest so expecting anything else is kinda unreasonable. To be honest, this one is probably one of the better BWW Ive been. Overall, great for a good time with friends. Just dont expect the world best in wings.

Music/TV Volume was really loud, I could not hear my family members that were sitting in front of me nor the waitress. Obnoxious group of people made a very uncomfortable environment. The food was the only upside to coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Always the best of wings around. I especially like this location because the staff is super friendly, the bartenders know awesome suggestions for craft beer, and there are a zillion TVs for every sport imaginable. Never a disappointment.

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst! Their wings are below average and the rest of their food is garbage. It is a great time to go to the bar after you ate else where to watch sports and have a drink with your friemnds.

Friendly service and above average beer selection. Staff knows beer basics, but could use some more training on styles. Food is always hot and fresh, but not many healthy options and desserts options are very limited.

The food was good as usual. The only thing I disliked was how long it took the food to come out. We waited about 50 mins for our food. It didnt seem too busy. Other then that everything else was good.

Every visit to this chain has been dissappointing, staff standing around, poor food time delivery. Empty drinks. Not sure why with so many staff....on their phones. Still dissappointed.

Good wings but I always find their service to be pretty slow. They take forever to get the food out to you. Also not that good at refilling drink orders.

Some of the staff are just plain rude. Front counter lady lied to me. Food was okay, a bit over cooked, onion rings came out a bit on the cooler side.
