This note is to Jason N. I just so happened to be sitting just in front of your beloved on the night in question and not for nothing but it didnt go down quite the way the wife had reported. It is possible that the way the message given was not done so with a dozen roses but Mike (the owner) was very up front with the fact it standing room only and if she was okay with standing she needed to do so out of a high traffic area. Let me preface this by saying, the time in question was 3 minutes left in the first at a Hockey Bar were everyone but you and your wife is dripping a BLACKHAWKS swag. So Im not sure witch one of you had the brilliant idea of trying to come in to a Hockey Bar (during playoffs) to try and get a seat. Well at least we may be able to chalk this up to a learning experience and know for next time. If you had come in early enough to get a table for the game you might have had the chance to experience why I and my family and friend go in to the Frog. Mike and his entire team are like minded in understanding customers come first. Mike happens to be one of the most gracious people I know... He contributes to the community with fundraisers, He donated to our community Youth Football Team Jr. Chargers and most of all he cares.... Overall thanks for the input, as a business man myself, Im constantly looking for opportunitys to straighten my team and I got a feel the learning from this will help to do so... Footnote: The Chubby Bull Frog is a place to come have fun and some drinks. Great Drink Specials, Foods Always Good and the service is on point! I traveled from florida to west dundee for work and the employee at the store recommended myself and travel partner to the chubby bullfrog and can i say it was fun and the food was great and i told the owner witch very nice btw that i would get him a jersey (hockey) to hang up witch i will however if you like hockey and great food and want to have fun, witch btw chubby has better frog legs and gator then wellsburg wv in my opinion.. chubby bullfrog is awesome highly recommended.

The frog has great food and a good sports bar atmosphere. We live within walking distance and love the location. There is always a food special and the portion sizes wont leave you hungry. Mike the owner is a great host and always takes the time to check on the tables to be sure everyone is having a good time. I read a review that was overly critical of the place and I wholeheartedly disagree with that post. You cant go wrong if you choose to go to the frog.

This place is a great find. While visiting the area on business, we have made this a regular stop. Why? The food is great but the atmosphere is the best. The owner is very involved with the business but still makes time to chat with the customers. The is a real at home feel, which is great when you are away from home. My colleague says it makes him think of cheers... Where everybody knows your name.

This is now the second time we have had to walk out of here. We have enjoyed their food and service before, but were just told that the kitchen was closed, before 8:30. The chef told us that the kitchen had been closed and cleaned, although they are open until 11. Unfortunately their inability or unwillingness to offer fair customer service will keep us from ever returning here.

Seriously the best kept secret in town. The food served is way way amazing. It is fresh and delicious. You can tell they go the extra mile when it comes to good food. Definitely stop in And choose this over some of the subpar restaurants in town. So many options and the staff is super friendly and nice. THis is becoming one of our favorite places close to home

Fun bar, great bartenders, and plenty of Chicago sports fans. Walked in here new to the Dundee area to watch the Hawks and felt right at home. Turkey bacon sandwich with cranberry mayo was DELISH and drink prices were fair. Come early if its game day though or you might not get a seat, which is fine if youre just drinking and cheering.

This place is awesome. Great sports bar with a great staff and atmosphere. This is my go to bar to watch the Blackhawks. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are great. Definitely get your moneys worth. This place will not disappoint.
