Went here for my brothers birthday who brought a couple of his friends. The food was amazing, but the wait to get a table was painfully long. They also have a decent arcade with a little more or less than 20 games. My favorite game there was the Jurassic Park one which could be played with two players, where you had to shoot down dinosaurs. And instead of carrying around tokens, you get to carry this tiny card, which also stores tickets youve earned on games. So you simply just have to load the money onto a machine thats right next to the door. The games are quite pricey, however, most of them being 1 dollar per game. TL;DR Pizza ranch has good food, but long wait times to get a table. The arcade there is decent, but the games are pricey. Final Verdict: The place overall was very good. It also had friendly employees and excellent service. 11/10.

First off, employees were great but the overall layout and setup of this particular Pizza Ranch is horrible. Lines arent setup in a logical way. Pizza and chicken bar need split up. People coming back for seconds either forced to wait in line or the butt in front of others. Register and special orders need combined. Just a cluster f#%= of a mess. Food isnt on par with Clinton, Iowa location. Id seriously rather drove 45 min to Clinton location than 8 min from my house to deal with that disaster. Very disappointed in Pizza Ranch corporate for their lack of thinking out how this location was setup.

It was not like I thought it would be. There were only five pizzas to choose from and you could ask for your own style of pizza but only only person was taking orders. The pizza tasted like a store bought frozen pizza. Also cross contamination much? When half a pizza of cheese would be gone the workers would put chicken or steak pizza to fill in the other half of the tray. The workers were nice and energetic, but the restaurant system is failing them. Their chicken and potatos were pretty good though. Just disappointed about the selection and crowded buffet. Overall summary: Save the money!

Counter attendant waited promptly on customers, we chose our meal items,questioned a young man on which days they offered macaroni & cheese; he sought information and responded quickly that it was on both Tuesdays & Saturdays, day & night times. Very pleased with the quality of food and service,theyre very prompt at removing emptied plates from tables in a pokite and feiendly manner! We loved Pizza Ranch in Clinton,IA and are glad they have branched out into Sterling,IL!

The food was greasy! The pizza was dry,the chicken was old and greasy, no white meat in the pans only wings. The cream of potato soup had a sour spoiled taste to it. Told the waitress about the soup 2 times and she never came back to the table. Paid $43.00 for treating my 2 grandsons, my husband and myself to dinner, what a mistake it was to go there and waste my money on such POOR food!!! Never again.

Weve never gone into the restaurant, but we have had them deliver a few times. The first time was right after they opened. Their ovens went down, so our order was going to be delayed. The manager called us to let us know, then gave us a free pizza for our troubles. We think the pizza is good, too. Even days afterward, you can heat it up and it still tastes good. Would definitely recommend.

Well the buffet is great except local patrons are confused about getting their food. Everyone lines up at the pizza and other hot food, When it clearly says no line necessary. Unfortunately everyone cant read. They think its Like a cafeteria at school, and line up like sheep. Thus the confusion and crowded line. So I drive to Clinton to get my food faster.

Very pleased with our first experience at this location. Our large group was well taken care of. Great staff, great food. Their games were kid and adult friendly. Ticket system very efficient. The staff did an exceptional job catering to the happiness of the kids in our group. Very patient and attentive. Highly recommended!

They did an awesome job cleaning up the mold from the previous restaurant, but the food is subpar at best. If I want good chicken I go to Rips in Ladd, IL which is the best or Candlelight Inn is pretty good and if I want a good pizza and salad bar I go to Angelos Sterling, IL.

Great atmosphere. Pizza Ranch is a Christian based company. Good choices with the best fried chicken Ive ever had! Full salad bar, pizza bar that takes requests. Coke products for drink selection. Competitive prices; (0-3) free, (4-7) 4.99, (8-12) 6.99, (13+) 11.49

Pizza was not good. Hardly any sauce or cheese, not very fresh. One worker kept badgering supervisor for a "smoke break man" right in front of customers at buffet and wouldnt stop. Supervisor was tactful but worker was a young jerk with no work ethics.

Some girl told me they dont deliver to RockFalls, unless I give them $50 or more, not right and there are delivery restaurants out in their area that delivered food to RockFalls, they may lose business. Not ordering again...

Stop in to eat because they were supporting Sterling Lincoln School. Great to see them supporting the local schools. I hope they do the same thing for Rock Falls schools as well

I was here in march and the food was okay. I just went last night (5 months later) and i feel like the food was better. The icecream is amazing! Plus my kid likes the arcade :)

Fantastic experience, friendly faces, but completely new design than other Pizza Ranches. I went to a soft opening fundraiser on Jan.26 but they dont open until February 13th.
