HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO BUENO!!! I was there last week for dinner with my daughter and her two little boys. Service ok. Frozen Pina Colada was very weak. My daughter ordered two chicken tacos for her boys on corn tortillas they gave them flour tortillas. Daughter ordered Horchata (a rice drink) and it was really watered down. I ordered ala carte and got tacos al carbon, chile rellenos and one pork tamale. There were probably fives tables of guest in the restaurant and it took fooooooorever to get our meals. The tacos again were not on corn tortillas like I asked for and super spicy I took one bite and I couldnt eat it, the chile rellenos was not prepared correctly and it looked like a omelette wrapped around the stuff pepper it should have been a nice fluffy eggy batter, the inside was just ground beef that was pure salt and nothing else no seasoning. AWFUL and the pork tamale I ordered came to me as a chicken tamale. Very strange looking..tamales I thought are usually stuffed with the meat, cheese, vegetables or something sweet and steamed inside corn meal/polenta....they placed shredded chicken on a narrow piece of polenta with a sauce that just tasted like tomato paste, again no taste no seasoning! What the Hell??? They (reviewers) call this good? What a terrible representation of Mexican cuisine and people that have no clue about Mexican food will think this is acceptable. UGH I was so upset I showed it to the manager and let him know I would not eat this and even told him to taste the salty stuffing in the pepper and he told me he thought i was ok (but he only took a tiny nibble) They apologized and sent me home with some steak tacos in corn tortilla (which we kept asking for) when I got home and opened the foil...it was a flour tortilla with strangely minced ground beef, cheese sauce and lettuce??...looked horrible, I took a bite and OMG they gave me the same nasty salty inedible ground beef...never again will I go there. I mean I wasnt rude to them I kept apologizing but I told them I felt they needed to know what their cook was serving. I gave a decent tip to the waiter. DO NOT GO TO MI PUEBLO ON HACK CROSS ROAD! WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The Customer Service was horrible. I went with some friends and family for the 1st time on a Saturday. I was told prior to coming that they have music and a dance floor on Saturdays. I was extremely excited due to me being from Mph but currently living in Atlanta, this would be a fun night. 1st off We arrived at 10:07pm & a flashlight security guard made us pay a $5.00 entry fee bc we werent there at 10pm. I didnt trip and paid the fee however, if Im paying a fee to come in a restaurant to drink, dance and eat then I do not want to see anyone under 18 allowed to stay. After paying I saw a toddler, a middle age child and parents eating while Im paying to get in a restaurant smh. We sit down to one nice waitress and have to move to the booth across for the table we sat in because our party got larger. No biggie! So, then we get a new waitress that was rushy, rude, and lacked customer service. We asked the manager to come over to assist and he was a butt hole too. The problem was she gave us the wrong drink, she was rushy and in patience. She wanted us to pay our ticket first, meaning to swipe my card even though I wasnt ready to leave and having only to be there for 20 mins smh. The manager was not understanding but accepting of her behavior. After, deciding to leave this is what I saw and I knew I made a right decision to leave. Do not entertain this restaurant club foolish and ridiculous customer service!

I came in for lunch. I had missed the buffet, so I ordered from menu. I ordered steak tacos with beans, and rice. Also was told about the 2 4 1 margaritas. So I ordered one. The drink came with little ice, and taste of only Margarita mix. Having lived in Texas. I know good authentic Margaritas and Mexican food, these are not so, but Taco Bell worthy. I drank part of drink, only to return it. Upon bringing food, it arrives with beans and french fries. When brought to waiters attention, he wanted to argue that it came with those. Until I showed him the menu, then he says its also offered but not in description. I begin to eat tacos , and realize meat has something other that taco seasoning, that was creamy. I told waiter about the problem, and offered no resolve. I ate one taco, and a bite of beans. And paid $8.73 for a taco, and a single bite of beans. Obviously not happy, but had to pay. Do not recommend this place, Ill go back to El Toro Loco. See plate with so much food left I paid for that wasnt able to eat...smh.

So I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant for my birthday and I am so glad I did. I was a little thrown off by the $5 cover charge to get into a restaurant, but after they explained it I was cool. Ok to the point our server was very nice and attentive. We had two monster margaritas and let me tell you they did not disappoint. The food was so so nothing out of the ordinary, but I came for the drinks which were perfect. I will definitely be come back more often. I would say that my only complaint would be that they need more stable tables as our table kept on shifting which is really annoying when you have big drinks sitting on it.

It was 1 pm when I visited the restaurant and I should have looked at the buffet first. It was food that was never refilled and it wasnt much to choose from. It had no flavor to the food. The price shouldve been 5.99. And they really didnt make you feel to welcome with the whole time they spoke Spanish. The set up of the restaurant was also sad. Booths big but you had tables sitting right next to us. It became difficult to get out of my booth. Never knew who was our waitress because after we got the water didnt see her anymore. Happy Mexican is much much better.

I like the waiters I like the waitresses the food is decent but my buddies will not come back they say the restroom is absolutely horrible. You need to get the toilet far wall fixed it only partially flushes. The urinal burps and splashes water on you when you flush it, so if somebody else has used the bathroom and not flushed it, you end up with your urine as well as others urine on yourself, your pants, shoes, xcetera. Its just disgusting other than that I like the place, my buddies will not come back though.

I asked for a sweet tea with lemonade, it wasnt good. So then I asked for a different drink, a sprite. So he brings my drink back and my sprite looks brown.. I look on the bottoma and it looks like sugar or left over stuff from another day,so I told him why would he just dump the tea and put the drink and not wash or rinse the cup or give me a new cup. He said this was your cup so I just dumped it and put your new drink. .. I really like this place, but some waiters. SUCK. ..no tip
