I ordered a to go dinner Hibachi Chicken at 9:45 PM last night they close at 10 pm and the food was bad. I brought it back the next day and they would not replace my food because I ate some of it. 1 st he said it was because I did not bring it back yesterday I said that's because I ordered it just before you close he told me had I brought it back yesterday he would replace it. I said u close at 10. Then he said well u ate half of it and refused. I expected him to make me a small order because mine was a large and I would have paid for more rice. I only wanted replaced what I brought back I have been a customer since they have been opened and I will never go there again ever and I am contacting the BBB!! Poor service. I am shocked

This was a last minute stop as the buffet I had scheduled for the group of 88 closed unexpectedly. Parking was available for the motorcoach and the staff greeted the group with smiles. The drink orders were placed quickly and the students were very satisfied with the choices. There was a little of everything to choose from and all of it was fresh. Even the French fries. A few favorites were the sushi bar, the Mongolian grill and the ice cream cooler. Our travel department will use them again in the future when traveling down I-55.

To start off took us a minute to get drinks cause the waitress was to busy talking. There was hair in the mushrooms. The waitress then come to check us out before done eating and wouldnt leave till we gave her the card we planned to give cash tip till we said thank you and she didnt speak and began slamming the cups around she then gave us a ugly look.after seeing no tip on credit card receipt.. No more for this place the service gets rude and the food has become horrible. No more visits and would not recommend.

Today we went to grand buffet for our 2nd time. The food was cold and pretty gross. Right before we left I noticed 2 employee prepping vegetables on tables that they also seat guest. Neither employee was wearing gloves. They dropped vegetables on the floor and not just a few I mean handfuls, then they picked them up off the floor and continues to cut the same veggies that had been retrieved from the floor. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had eating out. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The food was awful.. Wasnt good and some of it was ice cold.. Told the sever and also told manger at the register... He acted like he didnt like what I said was tapping my card on the register which was very rude and also hitting his nucle on the register drawer also. He Didnt once say I apologize u didnt like it or didnt even offer to take anything off ticket.. Ate there a long time ago and it was good not this time. Was very disappointed and very unprofessional how the manger acted.. Wont be back..

Food was good but the waitresses made us feel very uncomfortable as they stood in the corner next to our table staring us down to see what we were eating and how much of it. After 15 minutes of eating they handed us our check and came back twice to ask if we were going to pay yet. I had to tell her to give us a minute to finish eating and then get our payment out. We are slow eaters. Like geez, let me eat my $12 worth! It seemed as what we ate came out of their paychecks. Not sure if we will be back!

Very good buffet with good prices and consistently great food. The staff is always attentive and always room even at busy times. There is a nice variety of food items, sushi and hibachi. Taking my grandson for his birthday dinner there tonight. Does not disappoint!!! Ive seen some bad reviews, but honestly in the 3 1/2 years my husband and I have gone we have never had a bad experience. This place is always busy so they must be doing something right. Much better than the chain restaurants.

Its freezing in this place. Its Cold AF outside and these people will not turn off there air. My child is sick were literally shaking. They could at least turn thats ish off. Smdh Grand Buffet this isnt a hospital. Yall make enough money to afford to turn on the heat or use natural heat from all the bodies in you all restaurant. My family and I will not be back. Im pissed TF off couldnt even enjoy my F##king food

Went on a Tuesday night. Food wasnt amazing but there was a decent selection. The water taste funky. There was a large sushi selection and hibachi grill. Price was average for Asian buffets. The general tso was not spicy at all. The kids loved the pizza. The mac and cheese had ALOT of pepper. overall decent place, but I think Ill keep searching for better

First off, the only reason there is a star is because I cant go lower. The smell hits you as soon as you hit the door and it isnt a good scent. Then you get to the food and it looks delicious but it tastes horrible. Two of my family members threw up because of the food. Wouldnt recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to eat.

Good food decent selection seen better seen worse.....was happily surprised at the sushi selection and the hibachi grill.....great friendly service.....not sure what some of the other reviews were saying about pushy staff but my waitress was great I even left a tip which is something I seldom do at a buffet

Food was terrible. My family went at 5pm thinking the food would be fresh, but it was dry and crusty like it had been sitting for hours, also took 45 minutes to refill empty food. When I told and showed the manager she said they wouldnt do anything about it. Spent 50$ on crap food. Not acceptable.

Arrived at 9p and saw the food was already drying out. I tried it anyway and came away disappointed; the wings were tough, spinach was soggy and the overall taste was bland. I used the spices to kick it up for taste. If it was $6 I wouldve kept quiet but, $10 just didnt feel worth it.

The food was okay only eat a certain kind of items when I do go not into eating and experimenting with everything the only problem Im really having is after I eat Im extremely tired and it only happens when I eat there apparently there is something in the food probably the MSG not sure

For two people we paid $30. It was not good. I will not be returning. The food started out as okay, but with every bite it seemed to get worse. There is also a sign that says not to take more than you can eat, if you waste, you will pay for It. What kind of buffet is that?

I came here with my boyfriend i dont know what you guys where eating but this food was terrible.!!. The only thing I thought was good was my drink.!!. I only gave it one star cause I wanted to warn you all I wouldnt have giving it anything.....
