First off, the table and floor were dirty where we were sat, then I looked around and saw that the divider glass was filthy. My kids and I were ready to leave at this point, before even getting our drinks but my clueless husband had gone to the buffet. I went to get him to leave but he had already filled a plate. Grrrrrrrrr, so we felt like we had to stay. There was not a very good selection so I got rice, sesame chicken, crab rangoon, and one piece of sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was not cooked all the way, the sesame chicken was 2/3rd breading, the rice was OK and the crab rangoon was missing even a hint of crab. Then to make the whole experience even better, the server stood right behind our booth almost the whole time working on his tickets and looking at us. The whole thing was absolutely terrible. I have worked as a server bartender for over 15 years and have never written a bad review but it was extremely obvious that we were unhappy and didnt even eat 3 plates of food between the 4 of us, but not once were we asked if we were OK. We spent over $50 to leave nauseous. I am sure I will be hungry in a few hours after I get over the terrible experience. Definitely the worst restaurant, including fast food places I have ever been too and I am 37 and travel the US for over a year and exclusively at at restaurants.

Went there tonight!! 60 bucks for 2 adults an 11 year old and an 8 year old.. Oh we got 1 pound of crab legs for 6 bucks! The crab legs were dry.. How is that even possible?? Everything was cold and tasted terrible.. I mean everything!!!!! My 8 year old had to excuse himself to go throw up, and at that point we told them the food was bad and she said oh let me get my manager, at that point their kid came and was standing in my face!! yes in my face! When my child was done in the restroom he got some jello and upon returning I looked at the jello and it looked like a brick. When the manager came over we told them the food was terrible and they said we will take 6 dollars off your ticket. I have long finer nails, and i showed her by beating on the jello with my nails that this mess had been out all day. The jello did not even change form. You couldnt even see where I poke the mess. She then told me they just made the jello... REALLY!!?? These peope are nuts to think this is okay to feed humans!! I think we should all band together and have the DEHC go out there. Maybe a construction crew. They could use the jello to build a house.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. Stay away. Me and my fiance have been there 3 times and will never go back again! The food is almost always cold and very little is ever left/cooked. The most recent time we went there was today September 18th 2015. We were absolutely disgusted and we told the owner we wouldnt be paying for the 2 bites of rice we had eaten and that we were leaving. We both had noticed in our our chicken that it was completely raw with a slight outer coating. When we approached the owner she told us to get our plates and as I walked over she yelled something in another language to our waitress and our plates were gone and thrown away not even showed to the owner and she had the nerve to say to us you "pay half price" we had literally just sat down. What a joke. Stay away!!

Terrible! I have had an upset stomach and been vomiting for hrs now from eating here! I only ate one plate of food. The peel & eat shrimp were floating in water b/c the ice to keep them chilled had melted. The mangos in the fruit buffet were hard and white on the inside b/c they were no ripe enough to eat. 2 were rotted as well. I have pics of this. The salmon was hard. I had asked for water with lemon and when I got it the lemon had mold on it. I have a pic of this as well. Asked the waitress for another lemon and she rolled her eyes at me when I showed her the mold on the one I had. My husband and I asked to speak to the manager and were told there wasnt one there. So since there was noone to complain to, to properly handle the situation, we will be contacting DHEC.

I was nervous about this place given the reviews but literally every Chinese place in Myrtle has a terrible reputation so it was a dice roll either way. This place offered online ordering and delivery, which was a major convenience, so we gave it a go. We ordered the shrimp and broccoli, house lo mein, crab rangoon, egg rolls, and fried rice - all of which were what I would expect from any decent Chinese take out place. Probably not the best Chinese food in the world, but definitely not the worst, and the prices are reasonable. The food was hot upon arrival and tasted fresh. The one complaint is that I live right across the street and delivery took over an hour, but all in all it was a pretty good bang for your buck. Give it a try - at least for take out!

On the raw bar, the hot peppers were not labeled and i was very unhappy when i grabbed them instead of green peppers, which were not even on the raw bar. Then when we paid our bill we were charged $32.30, for two people. Not realizing at the time the bill was $44.60 for the 4 of us. When i went back in they told me i was lying and when the lady tried to count the drawer to see if she did overcharge me, the waitress who claimed to be the owner told her no. She said they didnt no how much money they started with in the drawer. After arguing with them, they just ignored me and told me to call the cops!!! Horrible food and horrible people.. Go to Osakas off 501 by walmart. Much better food and people

Im only leaving a review because Im eating there today and I saw all the bad reviews and cant believe it. Im a local. I have lived here since 2011. This is one out of two Chinese places I will go to and its a drive for me. I will ONLY go to these because I have had horrible experiences (literally) everywhere else. If your going to get Chinese, this place and china garden are 5 stars. Nothing compares to the Chinese restaurants up north but these places are close enough for me. Ive also never seen a bug there before, everythings always been clean and the food always fresh and perfect. Try it yourself before you knock it.

Horrible service! We ordered sesame chicken and they cooked us sweet and sour so my husband told them they cooked the wrong food... Then they took the sweet and sour chicken and just added sesame seeds to it but claimed they made new food. We got home and started eating it and realized what they did. Ew gross! So my husband called them and complained and the lady said that they "cooked new chicken" but left the sweet and sour sauce in the container. Wtf!?! Laziness and disrespect for customers. Did you really think we wouldnt find out?! Disgusting. Dont go there and dont waste your money!!!!!
