I will start with just my only bit of criticism. The pretzel bread was delicious but it was a bit cold, the first tray they brought out. The second was a little warmer but itd be better if they were even just a bit warmer. Second, the smore cake, while delicious, was a mixed bag. It too was lukewarm and left something wanting with the fudge it was packed with. Had it been warmer, it would have been killer. I dont recommend the desserts because they seem premade and does not match the caliber of their dinner menu. But their dinner menu is out of this world great. I really wasnt expecting a classic grill company to have such an amazing restaurant. Every other part of the experience blew me away. The waiter was cordial and well spoken and checked in on us way more than some other local places. The strawberry daiquiri they made was perfect, even though it wasnt on their menu. A manager stopped by informed it was our first visit and give us a free sample. Their backyard brew is great, highly recommend if you like Blue Moon style beer. And so many options of dinner. From reasonably priced burgers to USDA Choice steak to BBQ and more. But theres more thought put into it then just a lot of choices. The BBQ menu mimics that of all the great BBQ restaurants, even offering 3 choice platters with a brisket thats near perfect. The steak menu is like other steakhouses. Its really like being in three different restaurants at once. Like I said, Im blown away. Ill be back many times to come. Cant believe it took this long to come here, but it was worth it.

Me and my family are from Wisconsin and wanted to go to Ikea (which is about a 2 hr drive) and heard great reviews about this place so today we decided to go try it out for lunch and i was very very disappointed! First off they had a dress code and i understand that the place is classy but then maybe the atmosphere and the service should be this way as well. I got seated and on the tv their was male enhancement drug talk on the television i think that is VERY inappropriate especially for kids to be watching people on the tv talking and "having" sex. While i sat their waiting for the waiter (which i was waiting a very long time) he decided to come up to me and my family and give a HUGE attitude...was very very rude...i asked him for a refill after i tracked him down and never got one. He never came to ask how we were doing, if we needed anything, and then while we were all sitting there waiting for the bill he walked by us many times and didnt even acknowledge us...finally we get the bill and he literally throws it at us and doesnt say here ya go, have a nice night, thanks for coming NOTHING...threw the check and was off. The food wasnt even anything to brag about and i have never been so upset by the service i was given. Just wanted to go have a nice lunch with my family and it turned out to be a disaster, i would never go back to this establishment for how i was treated. I can get better service at a restaurant with good food for less then the $12 burger i had and the attitude that went with it.

Lets just say if I could give this experience a 10, I would. Lets start with the host stand. The hostess was smiling when we walked in, and immediately had a table available for us. Even had a table on the heated, covered patio!! The GM sat us, and was very friendly. Now, service. Matt was our server, and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly!! We are not from the area, so we didnt know what was special there. Matt was super patient, and knew how to suggest and make us feel welcome. The pretzel rolls were delicious. I ordered a caesar salad and it was fantastic. Both my date and I ordered the filet. They came out PERFECTLY! He ordered the shrimp and turf, and the shrimp was delicious. I ordered a side of asparagus, and it was also delicious. We were both too full for dessert, but the dessert menu looked amazing!! Will most definitely be back the next time were in Schaumberg!

We had reservations set for 8pm and arrived at 7.30. another large group came in after us around 8pm and were seated almost immediately. We were finally seated at 8.30 and were hungry. We sat down and ordered drinks and an appetizer. I will say the sampler appetizer was fantastic. It took almost another hour to see our dinners and they were cold. The one entree was cold straight through. At that point we were kind of just done. They tried to remake or give it to us to go but we were just done. Ordered dessert and it didnt thrill us either. Took one bite and couldnt finish it because it just wasnt good. Finally got our check at left at almost eleven. I just felt the restaurant didnt have their act together and the kitchen was taking forever.

I was anxious about coming to a steakhouse since I am vegetarian, but I had went there for a friends birthday dinner. The space was humungous, high ceilings, plenty of comfy seatings, and space. Everyone ordered food and I was expecting huge meats and messy hands, but it was none of that. One got an appealing strawberry balsamic chicken salad, others got other kinds of meat dishes, or burger sandwich, and I had got a veggie burger with my choice of cheese. The veggie burger was really good but not the best Ive had. Service was very good, waiter was very patience and kind, and smiling. I recommend this spot for gatherings with families and friends. But, I wouldnt choose this place for a date. Overall, a nice experience and good times.

What cant I say about this place. A bad thing thats what I cant say. Ive eaten here many times now. They have a good #glutenfree selection and are definitely willing to work with you. I had the brisket, ribs, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, the beer can chicken. Fresh chips, all of it was spectacular. I may be in a relationship with their maselhed potatoes. They have a good selection of wines and beers, and the house cocktails are grand. I always have to pause and take notice of the giant weber kettles they cook on. The heat coming off of them is intense. I dont think the cooks have any hair on their arms. Try the gluten free chocolate brownie. I took one of their cooking classes and it was awesome.

The best place for all barbecue and steak. Very accommodating for people with severe allergies. A little on the pricey side of restaurants but for the quality, and portion size of the food, it is 100% worth it. The best time to go is around 3-4 and the place is practically empty. Theyll also serve you anything from the lunch and dinner menu if you go during that period while theyre transitioning from lunch to dinner. Make sure to sign up for their Grill Club rewards program and get $20 on your birthday and priority seating with reservations. I highly recommend the BBQ sample platter so you can try a bit of everything and get what you like. All of the meats are very juicy, flavorful, and tender.
