After a successful day at the range we got recommended this place by Article 2. At first glance it looked like a normal pub from the outside. We arrived at 8pm sharp, went inside and immediately was met with glaring eyes, typical bar atmosphere I guess. Didnt have anyone greet us or strange enough tell us where to sit. We asked a server where we can sit and was kind enough to say anywhere we like. We sat down at this strange yet cool looking table with what appeared to be a dark rubbery table cover with pretty cool design. The atmosphere was like I said a bar feel with just enough lighting to see everyone. It has a nice rock/punk theme which I dig and unique selection of awesome decorations. Sat for about 15 min before our waitress who was dressed and tattooed to the theme of the place to ask for our drinks and tell us about the daily specials. She was nice and easy going, I can tell she was a little bit on the edgy side due to the fact that there was literally 2 people waiting tables. We placed our drink order and then looked over the menu. I was instantly drawn to the "Zombie Burger " and my girlfriend had the "Leaux"? I cant remember the name at the moment. We also decided on the chili fries for our appetizer. 20 minutes go by and still no drinks or our waitress to be seen. I thought to myself that this is unacceptable, but didnt bother complaining about it cause we were both really hungry. We finally get our drinks, she ordered a peach margarita which was simple yet delicious and I ordered the peach cider since they were out of apple. First time trying the peach, YUMMM! We get our chili fries that were good but not great. Finally after an hour of being there we finally get what we came here for, our burgers! I thought to myself if this burger is delicious and worth the hour wait Ill definitely be back. I took a bite out of the zombie burger and was greeted with an explosion of flavor.....OH MY GOD! This burger jumped up to my top 3 best burgers I have tried. If you dont mind the wait and are looking for some of the best and fresh burgers I highly recommend this place. Ill definitely be back but at earlier times!

Well I came there for a show to see the band Nashville Pussy band was really good but the sound disappointing...it was very loud but not clean and not enough bottom end. Not a big stage. Cool layout youd never think it was in a strip plaza rocker-biker-nostalgic. They have an earplug dispenser at the door fyi they did not offer any drink specials during the event which is kind of disappointing so expect to pay 350 and up for your beer + 550 well drinks but a really good pour.. everyone was raving about the burgers.. bar staff was all tatted up hot looking rocker friendly chicks.. the bar is also non-smoking but they have a patio so the smokers sit outside then expect to be smoked out lol I guess the one thing which was a bummer and obviously they cant do anything about is that theyre closing time was at 1 oclock AM on a holiday weeknight

treated our band like crap. Manager and doorman cussed out costumes and band family. we are a band that played there for a warmup/reunion show before a festival show the next day where we had 5000 fans. 10 min after our show ended the manager was throwing the F word to everyone saying its closing time get the F out. I was braking down the gear and packing it up in the truck and the manager said Hay Ass Hole get the F out. I said as soon as we pack up our gear we are out of here. He said your not in the band get the F out. Now this was not 2 hours after the show ended. this was literally 12 min after it was !2:30 am. All bands i do not recommend this bar for a show. Horrible sound, bad mix, old gear. and management that is out of control.

This place is totally awesome. The rock/punk theme totally fits the family friendly place. The servers and bartenders are attentive and remember who you are if you are a regular. They are knowledgeable about the food they serve and never had a recommendation go wrong. The food taste great. Is it a rough around the edges ... yes! Are there lots of tattoos and piercings.. yes! It totally fits the theme... Is there greaters at the door... no! It is a seat yourself style eatery/bar. Check out their website for a weekly and dailey events. The foods I recommend are the "Zombie" burger with an egg gets a thumbs up. Try the "Chips Nachos" and of course the wings... all in all it is a great place to eat and have a beer.

Service for take out was objectionably bad . The server clearly acted as though he could not be bothered, likely due to his expectation of no tip. I can understand up to a point, but my patience doesnt extend to his passive aggression. My burger sat on the service counter for 5 minutes until I could find someone else to grab it for me. The burger, a Ramone -- a trainwreck between a Reuben and a Swiss burger --was mediocre. The corn beef was grisly and cut over thick. The burger was rubbery and chewy. The Kaiser roll bun steamed itself soggy while my meal sat and aged.

Ive enjoyed the Brauer House a few years now. They serve great food! Personally, Im a big fan of their burgers and their homemade fries and chips. Although the interior design might be a little too-much for some, it truly has a great atmosphere. Dont let it dissuade you! The only thing I would suggest to improve is the availability of beer. The selection is decent, but they almost never have the beers I order. Not sure if they are just that popular to run out, or if they should increase deliveries... Overall, I would most definitely recommend!

Walked in and didnt get any reception. Okay, fine. Went up to bar and bartender told me to just take a seat anywhere and someone will come to me. Grabed a booth, waited 15 min until someone came by and asked if we were being helped. Few min later, got server. Food came pretty quick afterwards but then we didnt see our server until 30 minutes later. I dont blame the server, they said they were understaffed but still. Staff was friendly and so were the people. Burgers were alright.

The menu is surprising and the music is great! Just saw one band (the Ozzie cover band - and they were excellent). the sound was very good as well, although it could use a little more low-end in this fairly condensed bar. they do have an outdoor patio - but not being a smoker - it gets too hazy. Would love to stay awake long enough to back again and again...who knows, perhaps well play there too!!!

Ive heard they have good food but Ive tried to go there twice on Sundays. Once I walked in and they told me they were closed for a private party. Today I drive a half hour to get there and they had a sign on the door saying "sorry, closed for routine maintenence" . So I suppose my recommendation would be to not believe their hours posted and call ahead to see if theyre open to the public?
