I used to like this location, but our order has been incorrect several times going through the drive-thru. We had a girl leave our sandwiches on the counter and disappear while at the drive-thru and waited a full 5 minutes for another person to get on the register and give us our drive-thru order. The bag was literally just sitting on the counter for the entire duration we sat there and the first girl left the window AFTER the order was already complete. Why she couldnt hand us the bag, I have no clue. And today there was a dead fly in my boyfriends salad. He had already been eating it when he discovered the corpse beneath a lettuce leaf. Earlier this week a girl working the drive thru window had a very large and visible open wound on her arm that was not bandaged. I really hope she was not handling food. This location clearly doesnt care about cleanliness and food safety or even customer service. I previously complained to corporate and was told they would send me free sandwich vouchers and never received them... So, as much as I enjoy the skinny mushroom melt, I might just have to go to a different sandwich chain from now on. Super disappointing from a local company.

I went there to grab some dinner last night, and was thoroughly disappointed. I pulled up to the drive thru, and the girl on the speaker told me about their soup of the day, which I ordered. Black bean sriracha soup was pretty good actually. The reason I was disappointed is that they refused to let me do a "build-your-own" option. Since Im vegetarian and rather picky about what I eat, I asked if I could just build my sandwich from the bottom up. The girl was polite, and Im sure she was just following instructions, but she informed me that I had to choose from the minority of veg. options on the menu. Since I wasnt enticed by any of those options, and was unable to build my own, I took the soup and went elsewhere to get food. Im not sure if this is a Potbelly issue, or simply an issue at that branch, but I was definitely turned off by the lack of accommodation here.

Went to this location today for lunch with some co-workers. We ordered online and then picked it up. My lettuce was literally brown, barely and meat on the sandwich, and very cold when we came to pick it up at the time we were allotted. Not going back to this location, Id rather take the extra 5 minute journey to the one in Rolling Meadows where their food is actually good.

This is our comfort food - Ham & Turkey on wheat. All their Sandwiches, Soups & Shakes are great....try avocado on your sandwich, what a difference! Their new Turkey fresco sandwich is amazingly tasty; I highly recommend it. Their fountain drink selection sucks and broken at times or no ice. Occational live music as well.

This is my all-time favorite sandwich shop and Im incredibly excited that theres finally one in Schaumburg. All the sandwiches are tasty and reasonably priced. My favorites are the Italian, and the [underground-menu] Clubby.

I love potbelly but as previously stated I would drive to one of their other locations, Schaumburg almost never gets my order right, it doesnt matter how many times I repeat it or how clearly I speak they still mess it up.
