Open sign was on and they turned it off when I pulled on the door. Never made eye contact or acknowledged me. They spoke to each other to signal to turn the light off. This was very poor customer service. All they had to say was they were closed. She continued to make the sandwich she was making like I was not standing there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady who checked me out rushed me to pay before I even had a chance to say what I wanted on my sandwich. She couldve at least greeted me or smiled. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY.

For many years Ive lived near this location and I stop in quite often. The employees have always been polite and professional plus its always kept clean and neat, even during the lunch/dinner rush.

The owner needs to go over hand washing. Employee was outside smoking then came in put on gloves and tried making my food. I can see why people get sick eating here.
