Potbelly is hands down the best sandwich chain in Chicago. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and all their hot sandwiches are delicious. Im particularly fond of the Italian and the Clubby (which is not on the menu anymore but they will still make it for you: turkey and bacon with ranch dressing). Definitely a must-try for anyone who likes sandwiches.

Is quick to get you your sandwich. But the drink machine is in an awkward corner if you are going up for refills during a lunch rush. The music stage is actually up some scaffolding which keeps the artist out of view unless you are looking up. So expect to strain your neck for a moment or just think it is a CD on play.

Ask for chicken salad without hotpepper and the guy fill my sandwich with pepper im so mad that i cant go back to the store because i would be late to work. I think the guy did it on purpose.

Potbelly makes the best subs in the Midwest. I especially enjoy the meatball sub. The zesty tomato sauce, gooey cheese, and meaty meatballs make the sub truly shine
