Firstly, my wife and I ordered our sandwiches, which took about 15-20 minutes to be made. When we got them I discovered that my sandwich was on the wrong type of bread than what I had ordered, eh, no big deal. My wifes sandwich was missing something that she had asked for too. Strike 2. Strike 3 was that they used sweet BREAD AND BUTTER style pickles on the sandwich, this type of pickle has no business on a sandwich, sour pickles should always be used in a deli or sandwich shop as it offers a great taste contrast to the sweet flavor of mayonnaise. Another strike was about 5-10 minutes after finishing my sandwich I had a gut wrenching stomach ache, was doubled over in pain. I was flabbergasted, but it had to be the sandwich I just had because I hadnt eaten anything else that day. I then proceeded to have diarrhea for the next 5-6 days and starting only 1-2 hours after I ate my sandwich. I ate nothing else the rest of the day.

I love this place. I agree that the service can be a bit slower than desired, but I think that can be justified since all the sandwiches are very customized. I have been there on about 5 or 6 occasions and have never had an issue with my sandwich being wrong. The hundreds and thousands of combinations makes this place great and allows you to get exactly what you have a taste for. The shakes are decent, I would get one again, but the cookies were overdone. I like that they are heated up, but they are almost cooked a second time and was on the verge of being burnt. If i wanted a toasted sub, i would rather go to Whichwich over Potbelly (and i love Potbelly) but the cookies at Potbelly are much better. Overall, this is very near the top of my list for good sandwich places. Right up there with Firehouse subs (which I dont have in my area yet).

I like the sandwiches here. However I placed an order online and arrived 5 mins after pick up time. Someone greeted me. I said online order and then he took the receipt hung it and started working. I was surprised because when I walked in there was no one in this place and the guy was mopping the floor. I didnt say anything and waited. About 12 mins later order is ready. So I ask if everything in there. He says yes. So I ask pb n j also? Yeah I know I am being over cautious. And it wasnt and both guys scrambler for receipt and then ask me what kind of bread. Good luck with your order.

Eh. I ordered a wich salad. It was REALLY bad. The tomatoes were old, the croutons were bitter and there were way too many pickles. There was a little lettuce hiding at the bottom under vast amounts of cucumbers and tomatoes on the top. The cheese was basically a few regular slices roughly chopped into small squares and thrown on top. Looking at the prepared salad, I saw no effort in designing it. All in all, its a waste of money. The sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty good - although it could have been a little less spicy. SO if you ever go to Which Wich, DONT get the salad.

Took an hour to get two sandwiches and a shake. Got both our sandwiches wrong. Forgot 5 ingredients (essentials such as oil and vinegar, mustard, veggies) on each sandwich and added ingredients we didnt ask for. My husband doesnt eat pork and there were pieces of ham and bacon on his beef sandwich. Bread tasted stale. Never going back.

I love this place! I dont know what Keith and Manda are talking about but the sandwiches came out great for me and friends of mine! Its a little pricey and there service could be a little better in serving us quicker. Thats the only downside of this place but other than that, its worth trying it out!

My current favorite sandwich chain. Huge variety of sandwich options - meats, breads, toppings, hot or cold, everything customizable and written right on the bag to prevent screw-ups. Can get busy around lunch, but the line moves quick and Ive never had to wait for a table.

Been a huge fan of this place since I was in Dallas a lot for work. Much better than subway and the other chains. I agree that they do take longer to make but you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. Best part is they STILL have punch cards.

After waiting for over 20 minutes on a sandwich, I was really hoping the wait was worth it but wow was I wrong! All I tasted was the heavy, overpower mustard and also the other sauces were dripping so much. Will not be coming back.

Walked in and saw employees trying to explain how to order to other people and I realized how DUMB this place is. When you cant just walk up to the counter tell them what you want and thats it theres a problem. Oh I walked out btw.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast today, and they were very nice and really attentive, the food was very fresh and really tasty, and the coffee puts Starbucks to shame for a fraction of the price. Keep up the great work!

It was great. Ate a Cuban and other person ate the cordon blue. They were both amazing. Loved the concept and the person that took the order was pretty cool. Takes a bit more time than JJs or subway, but well worth it.

Love the amount of variety available and the system they have for customizing your sandwich is nice and efficient. I also like that they offer 3 sizes. Additionally this place is always clean and the staff friendly.
