Stopped and got sandwiches and soup to go for my daughter and I. Her soup was cold. As I started the second half of my $6.75 Cuban sandwich I thought I felt a hair in it. Yes, I did, I pulled almost 8 inches of hair out of the part of the sandwich I hadnt eaten and it was wrapped around the mouthful of food. I struggled to keep my food down and went back. I asked for the manager and she told me they dont offer refunds but she would remake it. I told her I didnt want any more food from there. She then fell back to I would have to talk to the owner to get a refund. I reminded her I paid with a Credit Card and I can just dispute the charges. I also told her if I had to take the time to deal with the owner I would want my billable hourly rate paid. I mentioned a complaint to the health department and she finally gave me $6.75 slapped it on the counter clearly pissed at me in front of other customers. I wont be back!

I ordered online, the website clearly states that there is a $15 minimum. When the delivery driver arrived he proceeded to tell me that the minimum is actually $20 and that even though he doesnt mind that I followed the $15 minimum thats online the other drivers do. One thing he didnt need to say anything if the minimum has changed it needs to be changed on the website and statements such as his comes off fairly rude. Plus my wrap was burnt, I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone else especially if theyre ordering it online and it will be the last time I order from there.

Food great-delivery awful We live 2.5 miles from Roly Poly. 6 minutes. We ordered realizing it would take 1 hour. One and a quarter hours later we called and were told the driver left 25 minutes earlier. We live 6 minutes away. One and half hours later no food, we called again. There was no offer of a solution, no apology, nothing.

Great food! I love this place for lunch I feel that they have good varieties of wraps. I love their costumer service skills also never rude always curteous. I love them when I need a little pick me up (Strange i know but their addicting.) I suggest trying their Cordon Bleu wrap.

The choices are overwhelming -- give yourself 10 minutes to read the menu. :) EXCELLENT wraps!! I like any that have meat and ranch dipping sauce. Good, fast service. Very satisfying lunch, but a little overpriced for fast food ($9 for wrap and drink).
