To save time lets do some bullet points; -the crust is terrible -prices are inflated -pizza arrive fast....but it was already cold -delivery charge was inflated -they forgot to add pepperoni and instead i got a plain cheese -when i called to politely inform them of the mistake, he issued me a "credit" (only to find out later that the "credit" included only the price for the topping itself, as if I was prepared to receive only a pocketful of pepperoni and add it to the pizza from the day before. -the sauce is unspectacular. In summation: dont waste your time or money or spiritual energy on this pizza place, instead vote with your dollar by never patroninzing them until they go away and are replaced by a proper place who cares about making tasty pie, and about not price gouging, and about making customers whom theyve wronged.....happy.

Our family has only ordered for delivery up until now. When I was searching their street address I noticed a lack of helpful reviews. Their thin crust pizza is EXCELLENT! The plain cheese is good for those who dont like toppings; however, their Four Corners pizza is one of the best thin crust pizzas I have ever had (only one place is better, but they are located in downtown Chicago). We will be visiting their restaurant to try out some other dishes to evaluate if we will have them cater for an upcoming party we are going to have. I will try to repost a review to let you know how the other dishes and catering are.

I ate here a while ago. Just wanted a slice. It looked a bit rundown but I decide to give it the benefit of the doubt. There was an older man working, and he took my money, and put it in the register, handed me change, and with the same hands that he touched my money, he took a slice out of the pizza display case, and put in a box. I was too shocked to even say anything!

Everything about this place is wonderful except their pricing. A large, double dough, two topping pizza cost somewhere around $22, and, while its a dang good pizza, Id actually buy a heck of a lot more of it if they werent charging Lou Malnatis prices. Otherwise, service is friendly and usually on-time. Definitely worth a try if youve never had it before.

I have had this pizza on 2 occasions. The first Time is was bad really bad. Was kinda burnt yet cold. It did not taste good. I didnt remember the name of the place so I accidently ordered here again. Second time was better but not by much. And on top of that is made me sick. I can verify because I got ill again after eating the leftovers.

Best pizza in town I love the crust and I had a chili dog the other day and the chili was awesome a little heat and great flavor. I have catered from Old Town for work three times now always timely, hot food, and same great taste that we are accustomed to. It is an every Friday tradition for my house.

Got the Sicilia style stuffed crust. Excellent pizza. Bet it weighed 8lbs (medium size). Good price for this type of pizza. Beer nuggets just ok. Cheesy garlic bread could have more garlic. Would definitely go back. LIve the sausage. Cant wait to go back to Chicago area!

Service is carry out, no dining in. That being said, the staff was friendly and offered directions to a local park with benches, and threw in some paper plates napkins and plasticware for free. First time in Chicago or eating chicago style pizza, but would eat there again.

The Food is pretty good!!! The gentleman who runs the place is not so friendly though and needs to improve his customer service skills. The Chicken parm sandwich is my favorite. Not the most friendly staff however. The Food gets a B- from me and the service gets a D+

OMG! Just visiting the area over the weekend. Was late found this gem of a place!!! Best pizza Ive had in a while. Fresh ingredients you can really taste. Customer service friendly. Wish I taken a extra pie back home with me. Oh but Ill be coming back soon!

Complete assholes would not go the extra mile to deliver to me when Lou malnoties from same region would and when I tried to call to make a pickup order they just hung up on me I suggest looking elsewhere
