The food was stale and cold nearly unsafe to consume.The table were so filthy i was scared to sit down. There was strange fluids and gunk on every table and trash all over the floor. We tried to talk to the current manager he gave us an excuse for everything not one apology at all and then walk away giving us the cold shoulder. Messed up a special order we put in and then after i we got tired of everything we asked for either out refund or a to go box (they charge 75 cents a slice of food they are about to throw out!) he rudely told me i was not important nor did i have any rights as a guest. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

The worst place to eat. EVERYTHING is FILTHY. The pizza made me sick to my stomach within 30 mins later. Pizza that was straight out the oven was still cold. I have took pictures of the disgust place and will be reporting them to the BBB. I hate to see people with big families feeding there children this disgusting pizza. But, I definitely understand because its affordable. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. I hate that cicis to not value there customers more to provide FRESH pizza like they advertise.

The pizza has changed for the worst. The new stuffed crust bacon was mostly bread. Nothing much stuffed in the crust. That goes for the pepperoni stuffed. The stuffed pepperoni was just pepperoni and sause with no cheese on the pizza. The regular pizza was posterboard thin and was either too flimsy to pick up or too crunchy. Over all they have gone down hill and not very friendly. Very little interaction with the patrons after paying for your meal. I was very dissapointed.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It seems they mop with oily water, as I found myself slipping in my work boots designed to meet OSHA non-slip standards. The bathrooms are a bit scary too. The quality of the food and friendly service more than make up for it. The staff makes sure the food is kept fresh and have no problem making any pizza not out when you want it.

Very disappointing with the service when I was dining here 01/07/17. The pizza was cold, the employees were fighting and cussing with each other. One employee was coming from the kitchen and shoves the door open so hard if anyone would have been getting the tea it would have hit them. Employees were in the bathroom fussing about other employees.. very bad management.

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I so would! This place is FAR from what it use to be! Having a 19 year old as a MANAGER is ridiculous! Managers should have to be 21 and OVER! She is RUDE and disrepectful to her employees! NO MANAGER should disrespect their employees nor should they be rude to them! She is an absolute disgrace to what a manager should be!

I know buffets are hard to keep clean, but damn. This place is disgusting. On top of just feeling gross sitting in the restaurant everything just has a layer of grime to it. The womens bathrooms had 2 toilets clogged and no locks on the stall doors. The kitchen is visibly disgusting and needs to be deep cleaned. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Ive been going here with my dad since I was a little girl, the food is good, for a small town restaurant, the dessert sticks are amazing and the best part of the meal. they now have an ice-cream bar (not included with meal) with the nicest workers. but the food its self has gone down in quality, if they would fix that I would go a lot more often.

The place is a pig sty. 3 of the first 4 plates I picked up had food residue on them. They have no bowls for soup. We ask for a cup for water and were given a 4oz. cup. We have been to CiCis in about 8 states and were always satisfied with the experience until now. These people dont deserve a franchise.. Will go to Foley next time..

The pizza and salad bar are pretty good, especially for the price, and the staff is always nice. The restaurant is ridiculously loud, and sometimes the people watching is rather amazing (not always in a good way). Overall, a good place to feed a large family at a reasonable cost.

I would give them a zero if I could. Called 23 min ahead of time to order a pepperoni pizza to go. Still had to wait 10 more minutes once I got there...REALLY!!!! Never going back!!! I talked to the manager. He could only say...Im sorry. Sorry is exactly right.

Horrible service salad bar is a joke employees would neglect to put out certain things pizzas okay but I dont think I even want to go back now with all the new changes. I used to love this place and bring my kid every month or so but now I wouldnt.

Y he food is cheap. And the salad tastes horrible. I have never had a salad that bad. And I think the put fiber on or in the pizza. Because a small amount makes you feel full.
