Went there for the Bears game last night. What a horrible choice. Service: When the bar was empty the service was ok. Once there was a crowd (and not a large one) the service was non existent. Saw my waitress exactly twice from the end of half time forward, once was to get the check, the second was to give me back my bill. The bartenders/waitresses/managers were too busy chatting among themselves to be bothered. They were hanging at a table by the entrance...away from the patrons. Food: If I was from Restaurant Impossible I would of had a field day. The appetizer was something a 4 year old concocted (potato chips with chipolte sauce and ranch?). Guess we should have picked something else. The pizza was made from frozen dough or totally frozen. Not what I expected from a place that looks up scale and as nice as it does. Other: The satellite dish went out about 10 times. Not a SINGLE time did anyone from the bar apologize or give us an update as to the status. Horrible!!!! Bottom line: The staff doesnt care, from the top...all the way to the bottom, with the possible exception of the bus boy who came by often and cleared away glasses, plates, etc.

First and last time I am going to Jerseys. We were seated quickly but thats where the quickness of the night stopped. We waited 15 minutes before the waitress even decided to come by and when she was somewhat close to us she actually stopped to serve the people they seated 10 minutes after we got there. When she finally got to our table she was very rude and acted like WE were inconveniencing her. She had no personality and no communication skills you could tell she thought she was better then the place, she asked for our drink orders but that was about it. We pretty much had to force her to take our food orders. When the food showed up I was even more disappointed. The boneless wings ($7.99) which were very small and only had 5-6 wings on the plate and were dry. The calzone I had was the worst. It was so spicy you couldnt taste anything else in the calzone. I would of been better off buying a jar of spice and eating it. The only positive in the whole place is the TVs, it would probably be an ok place if you went to watch the game and have a liquid meal but other then that nothing worth going back to for the food alone.

I dont understand half of the reviews on here for the sheer fact that I just went there tonight and honestly, it was one of the best services that I have ever had. Not only did the server that we had recommend the chili cheese fries (which were delicious, mind you), but the buffalo wrap and the Italian beef sandwich were both good. Our server was very personable, and he didnt seem afraid to just be himself or treat us like we were actually people, which we both appreciated. Im a server and I know EXACTLY how hard it can be sometimes in workplace. Just because it doesnt look busy, doesnt mean that a table of theirs isnt running them around like a wild dog. The other thing is that when us servers "seem" like weve been gone for a while, were actually trying to let you enjoy your meal, not to hassle you by checking on you every two minutes. This is by far one of the best services that Ive ever gotten, and I will make sure that my friend and I make time to come here again in the near future. :)

I just have quick complaint about the waitress that was serving us that night. I was with six of our friends, getting our eat and drink on. Now Ive had a few drinks and I ask the waitress for the finest beer the cheapest amount of money can buy. Guess what she comes back with? NOTHING. are you kidding me? If this waitress knew anything about her craft she would have brought me some kind of beer, but I guess she thought I was joking. Now Ive been in the restaurant business all my life, even owning a restaurant for a brief period. Her job is to serve and SELL. Now this was a Friday night, and this place isnt even full. Even if I hint in the slightest that I want another beer the waitress should be all over it trying to sell me some kind of beer. So her restaurant is out on a some profit because she cant make an easy sell. Now I did not ask again for the beer, but she definitely would have had a MUCH fatter tip if she got me what I requested.

The atmosphere isn't very good and neither is their food. But both of those look amazing when you compare it to the service. We had the server named Matt and he was a jerk right off the bat and it didn't get any better. Walked past our table multiple times and didn't even bother asking us if we wanted more drinks or anything like that. My empty cup sat there empty for 15 minutes 2 different times. He made multiple smart remarks and it just seemed like he hated his job and took it out on us. I wouldn't come on the Internet and post this review unless it was really bad. Never going there again after back to back to back bad experiences. I definitely do NOT reccomend going there, even to my enemies.

I guess the poor reviews came from people on a bad night. I have been going here for over a year...almost weekly...different servers, but always friendly. The wings are some of the best in the Northwest Suburbs, and much bigger than the little Buffalo Wild Wings ones. They offer some great specials including $1.50 domestic drafts (pints) like Miller, Coors, and Bud...and a $5 Burger with Chips or fries on Thursdays only. We politley ask them to change a satellite feed to get the game we want to see, and they do it without hesitation..... Nice clean place, plenty of TVs and a great bar....Worth your time!! Plus the AMC 30 is right down the street!

we have ordered from jerseys numerous times before and have had no problems at all... but tonight, for some odd and crazy reason the ball was not in our court... we tried to order tonight and they told us they didnt go as far as our house... and the road we pretty much live on is the " farthest they go" street... when just a week ago we ordered from the same exact place and we were delivered-to by the same location and actually got to know the guys name that delivered to us too... so i can honestly say you broke my heart tonight...

We just walked out after waiting 10 minutes for a server to even come by our section after being sat down. The place isnt even busy which even if it was, is no reason to wait that long for a drink order to be taken. We have been regulars since The place opened as we work at AT&T nearby so I dont known What is going on with this place anymore. But after giving it plenty of chances to earn my business its been one disappointment after another and I think we are giving up. So long Jerseys. It was great while it lasted

Pretty disappointed overall. Ordered wings, the veggie palooza, buffalo chicken salad, and a burger. Got home and opened up our food, they forgot to give us fries with the burger, no dipping sauce for the fried veggies (supposed to be served with 2), no condiments, and not even napkins. Food was OK, but nothing ruins a takeout meal like opening it up and finding several things missing. Wings and salad were good, veggies were average and there are a lot of better burgers out there.
