Unfortunately very disappointing. They seem to lack quality ingredients. The "thin crust" tastes like its a frozen crust, sauce is over seasoned and seems like its an "out of the can" and ready to go sauce, wings are breaded. Who breads wings anymore? No good! The owner seems like a very nice, intelligent and well mannered guy. However, in my humble opinion, they need to step it up and get some quality ingredients, pizza and wings coming out of there or the places around here will make them short lived. Its a sad day when Scoreboard has better pizza then a "pizza place". Sorry guys, I really wanted to love ya but your making it harder than it needs to be. Spend money and get some real ingredients. Pardon me for saying but if they are real homemade pizzas and sauces perhaps you should change youre ingredient source because its not working. Wed love to see you stick around and step it up.

I ordered for the 1st time today. After not eating all day, I decided to order from a place advertising "Home Made" and Im always up to try new restaurants, especially pizza, after all this is my FAVORITE food. I ordered extra thin crust (the thinner the better) and an order of fries. After waiting almost an hour, at long last my fresh hot homemade pizza had arrived! When I opened the box, I knew this was not homemade, but I remained hopeful. I took a bite, and was unpleasantly surprised. The mushrooms were horrible, Im open to canned mushrooms, if I dont have a choice but these were bad. I havent tasted pizza this bad in a long time (if ever) half of the pizza did not even have cheese on it! the sauce was a thick canned tomato paste. If it had not been for the fries, I wouldve had to go out and purchase more food. Extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering again.

Tried the place for the first time tonight. Have to say my food was pretty good. Had a Margarita pizza 3.5 star, meatball sub.5 star, kids spag and meatballs 5 star(cause he actually ate it all) fried zucchini app 1 star just some generic prefab frozen stuff compared to the rest of the menu which has lots of fresh ingrediants. The sauce was really good as well. I would definitely go to this place again.

If youre expecting a "traditional" pizza then keep looking. That being said they have their own style and its really good. I have been enjoying the Barrington location for over 30 years and was excited that they opened a Lake Zurich location recently. The owner (Nick) is a great person, cares about his business and customers and is always professional.

Best thin crust pizza available in Lake Zurich since the original J.J. Twigg by the Lake burned down. I highly recommend the "Factory Special" thin crust! Support Nick, the local owner who has been operating here for 1 year and founded the original Pizza Factory in Barrington 40 years ago!

Great pizza. Unfortunately, mostly a take out location. Go to Barrington for sit down meal. 2 slices and a beverage for $5.00. Good deal.
