Ok, its not the best place for burgers and hot dogs, but they do have a good variety and plenty of seating inside. Its inside Woodfield Mall, so yes, its a busy place! And when we were there on a Saturday evening, the line was long but what do you expect??? For no one to be there? They could improve by having 2 cashiers versus just one. But the hot dog I had was great! The corn dog bites were done really good too and great for kids! The fries were ok. Not the best, but not that bad, because Ive had worse at other places. The interior is decorated well and they have oldie songs playing in the background. Their polar blasts are very delicious! You need to try the peppermint one. Its only available for a limited time. Overall, they are worth stopping at.

Listen, Ive been to some pretty bad fast food places, but this place was quite possibly the worst. First off, two rows of benches where closed off because emplyees where lounging in them. The food was okay, but a couple people in my partys order was messed up. The bathrooms where closed for maintinince. Another strange thing was when somebody ordered ice cream, the person at the counter replied "the ice cream machines broken" however, when they ordered a root beer float, they where happy to give it to him, even though it included icecream. The resturant was overall dirty and damaged. Not a very pleasant expirience.

Who is in charge here?? Whoever it is should be fired. This place used to be great, but every time Ive visited lately Im shocked that it can keep getting worse. We tried to visit today at 11:30 (it says it opens at 10). Waited for over 10 minutes and no one comes to the counter. Meanwhile, 3 other groups of customers come in behind us. We all tried calling for help, no answer. NO ONE came for over 10 minutes, finally a young man comes, doesnt say a word just stands there. I told him he lost several customers as we would be leaving, too. To which he just looked at me and disappeared again.

A lot of the lighting doesnt work, Tables are broken, floors are disgusting, staff doesnt seem to care. The cashier is rude. Hes been giving attitude to every costumer over chilli as a side for their connies. This place has so much potential it needs a total makeover and as for staffing it needs to be replaced. Managers are just sitting on the lobby as they watch the staff struggle. You have 15 people in line and no one takes initiative to help. To top it off I asked my order to go and the cashier threw my connies in a bag with chilli splattered all over. This place needs help!

Bread on my burger was hard. Not toasted but stale. Patty didnt taste fresh. Cheese curds are amazing, as they usually are. Pretty hard to mess up cheese curds. though, so thats not really a plus. The lady at the register wasnt in uniform and just seemed generally unclean. The bathroom is dirty enough that I was surprised to exit back into a restaurant and not a swamp. Would not recommend.

This is a pretty bad restaurant. Not on par with the fancy places downtown that I tend to eat at. I mean, I have the money to eat at Cravings- every night. Not much of my 550k that Ive made in the past few months has gone to paying for this food; so in other words, it was nice and cheap. Unlike my Rolex.

This restaurant is filthy. The floor is covered in black soot that also fills the grout lines. While waiting in line you will enjoy sticking to the floor. How the kitchen could be any better is beyond me. Either get it together or shut down. The mall deserves better.

DO NOT GO! Food was poor, staff were rude, and the prices are too high compared to other stores in the mall. The restaurant itself was barren except for one other person at the time and even then that is one person too many. Same review as the restaurant portion.

Coney Dog Tuesday special does not include a simple hotdog nor will they allow you to order a Coney minus chili..they argue with you ...then they play stupid. Really? Apart from that most of the reviews here are pretty accurate... They just dont care

It is really sad to see what used to be a great fast food restaurant in this state. Not one person smiles. Very dirty everywhere. Food is not fresh. This was not just a few times. I am done giving them chances.

Who owns this place? Upkeep is desperately needed. Floor tiles broke and missing, wallpaper peeling, paint peeling, booths have scotch tape holding them. No wonder the workers dont smile.

Ive never gotten my food in under 15 minutes, its never hot, and they seem to get every other order wrong. At least the staff is friendly.

Retro look and large. Always fresh food. Cashier was very helpful. Booths were very worn, could use some attention.
