If I could give no stars I would. My family and I called ahead before going to see what the possible wait time would be and we were told it was about an hour. We left immediately and arrived there in only about 15 minutes. When we arrived they said the wait was now almost 3 hours. Hard to believe that in just 15 minutes that wait time drastically changed. Strike 1. We decided to at least eat at the restaurant there and see if maybe the wait time was exaggerated and we might get lucky. The 6 of us sat down and only 3 menus were at the table that seats 6, kinda odd and inconvenient but we figured not that big a deal since our waiter or waitress would soon welcome us and we could ask them for more. Boy were we wrong. 20 minutes go bye not a single staff member comes up to us at all. One waitress that worked there looked at us several times and didnt even bother to come over. My father getting upset goes to the bar and asks the bar tender if we could get a waiter since we been waiting for 20 minutes. She actually says "can you just grab one of them from over at the register" to him. Thats kind of what he was doing by talking to her but apparently she couldnt be bothered to assist a customer that was strike 2. The arrogance and rudeness is astonishing. The bartender then goes over to the waitresses who are all doing nothing but chatting with each other and starts talking to them. We assumed she was letting them know we needed service and would shortly have a waiter, but another 10 minutes go bye and nothing, Strike 3. We then decided this place wasnt worth it and got up and left. Do not waste your time here. Wait staff is a bunch of young girls just chatting away at registers and I wonder why the management wasnt paying attention since its a small restaurant and you can easily see whats going on. Lost 6 people whos bill would have been a couple hundred bucks that night.

Heaven must include one or more of these facilities. This is the most fun Ive ever had while practicing my golf shots. Now to the nitty gritty. LOGISTICS: Since this is around a 30-60 minute drive from the city center, CALL AHEAD. There may be a waiting list 2 hours long, or there may not. We showed up one day to a crazy long wait (you CAN put your name down, get a buzzer ala cheesecake factory, and wait at the bar/grill, but 2 hours is pushing it). The next day had no wait. Seems to be hit or whiff. Pun intended. If youre visiting the area, buying a permanent membership isnt the frugal move. If youre going to come back more than once, buy the membership- a no brainer deal. $45 worth of games & free lesson for $35. Clubs are included with ANY purchase of games ($3.50/game prior to peak time, then it doubles). Games consist of 20 balls, give or take a ball-- the machines seem to not be 100% accurate. PLAYING: You get one or more games worth of balls (with 2 people, a game takes around 15 minutes at a leisurely pace) from the ball machine, walk to your cubicle, scan 1 ball at a time, then play your game. Quite easy to get the hang of. Way fun. Way cool. OTHER STUFF: Drinks are crazy affordable. Did not check food prices, but the dishes we saw being served looked great. Heaters are there in spades-- come on a 35+ degree day with your cool weather golf gear on and youll be just fine. BOTTOM LINE: Come on a day where you either dont care about a wait, or call ahead on a non-peak day, then have one of the best times youll ever have at a driving range. A unique treat, hopefully the start of something very popular throughout the US.

Many Many problems to be Fixed. Ive been going to Top Golf for years now and it continually disappoints me. I love the concept behind it but the execution is horrible. The wait is always to long, at least One and a half hours. They need to institute a rule stating that if you have a bay that you have to start a new game at least 10 minutes after your previous one ended. Too many people just get a bay, set their clubs down and go hang out elsewhere in the facility. If you want to go here on a Friday or Saturday night, get there early and then come back in a couple hours, they dont seem to care if you even play or not. Otherwise the wait is often more than 2 hours. Today I was told there was a 90 minute wait while on the first and second floors there were 12 bays where no one was currently playing. The price per game has been increasing over the past couple years, dont come here unless you have money to spend. The fairways are poorly kept, there are now two big impromtou sand traps in the middle of the fairway and many other areas that need to be improved. The drinks are a little overpriced but the food is ridiculous. I ordered nachos for $8 and got 8 nachos!?!?! Thats one dollar per nacho. The core game play is also flawed, 6/60 balls didnt count when they went in a target, thats 10%! Imagine bowling a strike and how infuriating it would be for it to give you 9 pins instead of 10, thats what this is like. It sucks the fun out of the experience. I used to love going here, it is a great place to hang out, they do have a lot to do, and the wait staff is terrific. Please fix the issues Ive listed and Id love to come back.

This review only reflects private lessons through Ryan Crawley, who has done wonders with my swing over the past year or so. I have completed a total of ~9 months of lessons with him and my swing has been completely revolutionized. As a long-time golfer, I was amazed to see how quickly Ryan was able to manipulate my swing by using seemingly mundane drills. Ryan is very flexible and understanding, gives direction that is very easy to incorporate into my swing, and is always in contact with me regarding my next lesson or a possible time slot change. Ryan is very personable as well, which can make or break the bond between the pro giving direction and the student. If you are considering lessons, I would not hesitate at all to purchase a lesson package from Ryan as I did. I started with the three month package, liked the change in my swing so much that I decided to purchase a five month package afterwards. Bravo, Ryan.

I was there this past Saturday for my brothers surprise birthday party. This place is awesome! It is a driving range with the added benefit of having a bar and restaurant attached to it. Instead of a basic driving range, the golf balls are micro chipped, somehow, and each person has their own bucket of balls assigned to them. You have a "bay" were each person takes turns to load their balls into the reader and then try to hit them into the targets to score points. There are different games ranging from the most points accumulated to aiming for certain targets. We had a party of 15 and had 3 bays, it was a blast! We had ages from 9 to 60s and nobody said they were bored. Even though one person at a time was hitting the golf ball, it allowed the group to cheer and interact. I will be going back, though I first have to get back to Chicago. You will not be disappointed.
