Ill start off with I rarely take the time to write reviews but as I sit here at work with what is essentially a tortilla filled with rice next to me I would rather bang on my keyboard than eat what I paid for. I like Chipotle and go pretty often so when I discovered this one near my office I was filled with joy. This joy was quickly turned to frustration the first time I went on my lunch hour only to waste 15 minutes in line before being told the chicken was still cooking. Long story short they had shorted everyone to make the chicken last but i decided i would try them out again. Now with high hopes I returned today craving a burrito. I asked this time for half the normal rice and beans with the hope that i would be able to taste the meat this time without needing to buy extra. I was sadly mistaken, I asked for Barbacoa and a piece the size of my thumb was placed on my burrito. I was looking down at a burrito with 70% Rice 25% beans and 5% meat. I asked the young man behind the counter if i could have some more meat and he quickly responded with "extra meat is 2.50, okay?". I trying to stay collected asked him if extra meat is 2.50 what discount i was going to receive for my gross under portion. Apparently this question was beyond him, out of principle i denied the up charge and powered on. I added my salsas, cheese, lettuce and headed to the register. Still as I pause from writing this to take a bite I feel like I am engaged in a game of hide and seek wondering when Im going to find the barbacoa. Needles to say I will not be returning to this location and would strong advise to anyone reading to pass this location up unless of course you are getting a veggie burrito then youll be in heaven.

Yesterday I ate at this restaurant. They were quite busy, mostly with younger less discerning patrons. The staff was friendly as can be expected these days. Except for the very hyper employee who insisted on making my burrito with the very last bits in the bin despite the objections of his fellow employee. As it turns out I was served stale chips and salsa to go along with my gristle burrito and a standard fountain drink. The quality was so bad that I was unable to chew two bites which I as discretely as possible had to deposit into my napkin. Today I have some abdominal cramping, bloating that I strongly suspect is related. I highly doubt I will ever eat at another Chipotle Restaurant. For $11 I will seek out an authentic privately owned mexican restaurant and higher quality larger proportions that I have experienced at such places..

I eat here out of location occasionally. Ive eaten her probably about 20-30 times. Of those times twice I have not felt well after eating here. The staff irritates me. On my most recent visit I received much less lettuce than usual so I asked for some more, staff told me they "cant". Well I "cant" find very many reasons to leave a positive review. Im not being greedy or overwhelming someone to provide me with more lettuce, I truly received very little lettuce compared to usual. Also Im irritated with this tip jar, on an occasion or two Ive received mild hints to leave a tip. I got some news for ya, its a bad economy, youre lucky I come in for a seven dollar burrito.

Back to back poor experiences - Communication between co-workers is poor. I ordered a bowl and asked for half chicken and half beef. The "scooper" employee put too much meat on the bowl and messed up. Instead of communicating to a superior or at least me, the customer, they threw away the entire bowl and made a new one with considerably less meat than the normal half and half. I would have paid the stupid $2.50 extra for more meat instead of the regular price and get ripped off! From a business standpoint if there model is to throw away perfectly good food with the proportions a bit off - Id rather spend my money somewhere else that doesnt value wasting food.

If you want a lot of rice and beans but no meat, this is the place to go. Went to this location a good amount of times, and each time they cheated out on the amount of meat they gave me. Most chipotles in other locations dont have this problem. I will not be coming back to this location. Even though this Chipotle is closest to where I live, I will take the time to drive out to the one in Shaumburg if it means getting my moneys worth.

This place used to be very nice and customer friendly. However, latey, I avoid going there especially during lunch hours. I was waiting in the line for 10-15 minutes already because they were still cooking chicken that i order. when it was ready they forgot me, I was very sad with this kind of behaviours.

Just placed a large order for take out. The food was ready quicker than expected and the customer service was great! Best part, they got the order correct and made an adjustment on the spot with ease. Great job!!!

I will put it this way, they have a big spoon for rice and a tiny one for meat! And when you ask them for a little bit more meat they wanna charge you $2.50. I dont have that problem at other locations!

They always have great service. They even called me when I put in a phone order to tell me they ran out of cilantro for the white rice. Wasnt a big deal to me but I appreciate their effort!
