If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I love Olive Garden, and I assumed that this one would be great due to the area its in. When you drive up it looks abandoned and its connected in a strip mall. We walked in and they handed us a pager and told us there will be a wait and didnt tell us how long. When you walk in you can tell the vibe is off. It doesnt feel like an Olive Garden at all. Like another review you can smell the must and mold creeping in the walls. We finally get seated at a table and AGAIN like another review stated, waited for about 10 minutes for a waiter. We pressed the call button and no one came. The blinking light was turned off, YET NO ONE CAME...There were two waiters passing by completely ignoring us. Usually in restaurants one waiter works a group of tables in the same area, apparently here that wasnt the case. Olive Garden, if you are going to make us wait for a table and then call us in, I expect the waiter to be ready too, not sleeping in the back. I guess Casper was our waiter. We just picked up and left and went to Stir crazy in Oakbrook. I am glad we left because it didnt seem like it would have been a great dinner...

Usually I love Olive Garden, but this one is just not good. The food isnt up to the standards of other locations, and the service is slow and awkward. Hubby and I just ordered a couple appetizers and flatbreads because we both plan on killing a pumpkin cheesecake. After waiting at least 10 min my flat bread comes out before the aps. We just went with it and split mine and waiting for everything else. Then 10 min later the two aps came out. About 5 min after that and hubbys flatbread cane out. While all this is going on, there are 3 tables around us have paid and left but sat there still with all the dirty dishes until our dessert came. Only then did they start cleaning. And I had passed at least 5 servers joking and hanging out by the bar when I went to use the restroom. I recommend somewhere else. Despite the fact our server was sweet, it couldnt save the experience.

Our pager went off twice and was told it was still not our turn to be seated. When i had stated this was the 2nd time they paged me the hostess who seats customers(who didnt look professional like she just got out of bed) rudely commented that its not their fault, but was corrected by another employee who said it was. After those mistakes, they seated other parties first whi arrived after us. We didnt get silverware or napkins. Or crayons for the kids after our request. I wish i had read reviews prior on this location because our seat also smelled mildewy and musty. About 15 minutes after i started eating, i actually threw up what i had just put in my stomach. Waitress was nice and made up for rude hostess but was so disappointed in this location. I go to olive garden at least once a week at the chicago addison location and in comparison, this one is terrible.

This place is a complete dump and dirty. We were greeted by an unfriendly hostess that acted like sitting in a booth as a huge deal versus the table that she wanted to put us at. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and zero waiting. It seemed, well it was obvious she hated her job. There was food all over the floor, the booth was sticky and it just smelled off. You just do not get a good feel of this place, besides the general ambiance of being at the end of a strip mall with questionable looking persons loitering around the building and a half lit parking lot. We did not stick around to try the service as no server ever showed up after 5 minutes of sitting there and no one was at the hostees stand to question why we were leaving so quickly. Save yourself and go to a different Olive Garden or another restruant.

This was the worst time we have ever had at an Olive Garden. Ordered soup instead of salad. Asked several times for an additional bowl never received it. Rest of our party ordered, got one bowl of salad didnt get any refills Brought bill, reminded waiter that I never received any additional soup. Volunteered to bring it then. He was very polite but disappeared for long periods of time. There were 4 of us and asked for 2 checks. Instead, he listed the items separately but just one total. Did not receive refills on our drinks. Received one order of bread sticks, didnt get anymore. The food was barely warm. The restaurant was not crowded, so cannot explain the lack of service. Oh, and the mens bathroom was dirty. The smell was terrible and paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. We will not be returning.

I am giving this place 2 stars because the food is not bad. I do agree with a previous post that it does smell odd. When we sat at our table i was wondering why it was so dark, i could barely read the menu and i have really good eye sight. I asked the waitress and she said she had been wondering that all night, when I asked a manager who was walking by he just looked at me and told me it was dinner lighting even though every room was a brighter than our section. What a liar and a terrible person...your a man have some dignity and be honest. He wore a grey shirt with dark black glasses and limped..wish i would have seen your name tag to publicly call you out. Once olive garden was great now its just smaller portions for the same price and bad overall performance. Do your family a favor and pick a different Olive Garden.

First impressions, we walked in and the restaurant smelled funny (similar to a musty old smell). We thought it was just the front of the restaurant and itll get better once we sat down, but it smelled worse by our table. We got seated and the waiter got our drinks and appetizer to us quickly, but then he disappeared for a long time. We got no refills of salad and we waited a long time to get any drink refill. We came during dinner rush so we understood that he had other tables, but we waited 20 mins twice without seeing him. Food was okay. Not the best Ive ever had from Olive Garden, and from the time we were seated it took just over an hour to receive our entree. There were only two of us, I feel it should not have taken this long. But we did get compensated for one entree for our wait.
