I love burger king. This particular one is a joke. Not only did it take 15 minutes to go through the drive through but when I returned home I realized I had only 6 chicken fries, not the 12 I paid for and burger was not plane. I understand that mistakes happen. When I called them back I was told I only paid for six despite receipt saying I paid for 12 and she told me my burger was fine. Upon being called a liar I requested management. I started telling manager i had no intention of coming back but wanted to inform her on her employee conduct . The manager was more of an idiot than the employees, I now know why it took 15 minutes and over five bucks for 5 and a half chicken fries.

I hate going here to this Burger King. Their service is so slow and sucks. If I wanted to wait over ten minutes for a burger I would of gone to a sit down restaurant! I was in the drive throw for over ten minutes and there was one car in front of me and 2 behind me yet they all got their food and I was still waiting. Then I get mine and I ordered a whopper meal NO cheese I get home ready to eat and got a whopper with cheese and cold fries. Never will I go there. Another BK yes just not this one.

This place is the worst place ever, I went in to complain about a screwed up order and the worker was already arguing with a older gentleman about his. When I went in he literally threatened me. He told me he has been to jail and he is not scared to fight me and the old man together. He must have been 17 he was a big white child. There was children around and he could care less. I never went back, an yes the place is disgusting I just went for a sprite and fries and yes they messed it up.

They never get my order right, no one speaks english, they close hours before they are supposed too, 15 minute wait time for fresh french fries, its a miracle if they remember what sauce you wanted, and Im pretty sure ive gotten food poisoning once or twice from here. The only reason i still go is because of how close to home it is.

Ordered a simple order of 3 cheeseburgers add mayo. What i got was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Unfortunately their lettuce with the preservatives on it make me sick. I was on my way to work so didnt notice till i got to work. Now I have to work a 12 hour shift with no dinner. Thanks Burger King. Never Again.

Wow burger King has really want down hill. The "chicken tendergrill" is some fake chicken patty...disgusting! All of the food was fake/filler food, nothing like the pics. First time at burger King in a few years, definitely the last too! BK feedback: purchase and serve quality food!

Drive thru wait time was 10 minutes with only one customer ahead of us. All the food was cold cheese on the whoppers wasnt even melted beef patties were cold made me wonder if they were even cooked. French fries cold and soggy. Horrible food...Wont be eating there again.

Service was horrible, started with me ordering. The woman had a horrible attitude and rushed me to order when nobody was here but me. Than at the window the food was basically thrown at me. I dont understand.

Not many people review fast food places but it has to be done for this one. Slowest service ever experienced at fast food place. Forget the drive thru. Place is out of date, understaffed, and poorly managed.
