Stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, will come back again. First time there, nice atmosphere, not the neighborhood bar but not anyplace we felt we had to get dressed up to visit. Staff all wearing jeans and t-shirts, great service from Alexa, explained the menu and let us digest it before coming back. We both ordered the #1 burger, a side of the salt and pepper fries to split and boss lady had a peanut butter shake as well as its her weakness. Food comes, burgers were cooked as we requested, well flavored, fries were great, heavier on the pepper than we are used to but very good. The paties are a bit thinner than some places which explains why they have prices for singles and doubles on their menu. Without fries the singleight have left me hungry, with a large fry to share it was plenty. We ended up killing the fries and shake while taking home half a burger each for lunch the following day. Will not have a problem revisiting next time we are in the area and thinking burgers!

Maybe its just my bad luck, or my high standards for burgers - but lately I just havent gotten the right burger experience. Went late on a Saturday night (after 10pm) and it was fairly empty. Tried the vanilla shake, mac and cheese, parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, and the #4 Burger (Roasted Hatch Green Chile, Fried Farm Egg, Sonoma Jack, Smoked Bacon). Mac & Cheese - Liquidy cheese (not stringy), with very mild flavour - did not like that. Parmesan Fries & Sweet Potato Fries - Pretty tasty, and the sauces were good. Vanilla shake - Great thick shake - almost like drinking rich vanilla bean ice cream. Burger - Fairly disappointed. The burger patty is quite thin, so its not the hearty burger Im used to. The worst part of it all was that it had way too much pepper seasoned on it.

On Sunday I was having dinner with my wife at this establishment . Ten minutes later the comedian made racial slurs towards my wife and I saying "You dont belong in this place, go eat at Uncle Julios restaurant, where you belong. The burgers are not for you. You dont intimidate me....you should leave." In that moment not only were we hurt and offended but we felt as though our human rights as Americans were violated. I urge everyone to boycott this establishment in making a statement that this kind of hatred and disrespect is not what Americans will stand for or accept most certainly from a business.

All of the food here is fantastic. Although I dont drink beer often, a great craft beer selection is offered. They also have a great selection of alternatives to beer. Ciders are my go to. I like to eat healthy & Im able to do that here without sacrificing flavor! The sweet potato fries are a welcome healthier sub to the other great tasting fries they serve. These are my favorite burgers bar none. Kumas Corner is second in my book, but the healthy goes out the window there. If you are not worried about how healthy your options are, this place still stands up! The shakes are awesome!

Aside from the amazing burgers, awesome blue cheese fries, and incredible beer list, DMK gets HUGE props for making it easy to get a reprinted receipt and e-mailing it to me! Now that is customer service! Ive been here on multiple occasions, not always close in time to each other, and the experience has been consistently good. A large part of that is the knowledgeable an outoing / friendly servers, and the high quality of the burgers that they serve here. Seriously, keep it up. Dont let your quality suffer, and you will continue to be one of the best places Ive ever eaten.

When I go anywhere that serves craft beer, I expect my bartender to have just as good if not better beer knowledge than me. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. Joe and Andy are top notch. Im greeted, Im seated and poured. The food is amazing. The buns they use for the burgers are out of this world. I have tried all the burgers including the new shrimp burger. Anyone who is down playing the quality of this place insane. I work very hard for my money and I have zero problem spending my money here.

Great burgers and quick seating have had me here a few times with both friends and my wife. Not only that but when not completely packed weve had a lot of luck with taking our kids here and having them not go a little too crazy as can happen when going out for meals (fellow parents know exactly how toddlers can be.) A shared parking lot means there is always ample parking. The restaurant itself is clean with modern stylings, the staff is friendly, and if you like a good burger youll be more than happy here.

Very good food, however the horrible service will keep me from ever coming back. Our experience started off well, we were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken within 5 minutes. It was all downhill from there. After taking our food order, our server never came back once, besides to drop off the check. Our food was delivered by someone else, and our glasses sat empty for the duration of the meal. There are plenty of good burger joints in the area, and DMK is not worth the drive.

I will have to say this is my favorite gourmet burger place in the Oak Brook/Lombard Area. Their burgers are all come from grass fed beef. My favorite burger being their number 2 "Chili-Rubbed Onion Strings, Amish Blue, Spicy Chiptole Ketchup Burger" They have some excellent beers on a rotating tap including some from suburban brewery "Solemn Oath". They also have some great fresh made milkshake specials and also their Truffle Fries are probably the most addictive thing on the menu.

For a flexiterian (semi vegetarian), this is an awesome place. My friend who is a burger lover, said his beef burger was awesome. I truly enjoyed the mushroom burger. Going back to try the turkey and vegetarian burgers. With only 8 types of burger options, I will be able to try the entire menu. Reasonable prices for gourmet burgers. Beer menu is huge, overwhelming for novice beer drinker, but I guess experience beer drinkers would love it.

I ordered the lamb burger, sweet potato fries, and creamy coleslaw, and the ginger soda. I did not enjoy my meal. The ginger soda was very sweet. The fries were cut so thin there was no potato to enjoy. However, the lemon sriracha aoli was the best part of the meal and lifted my experience. The slaw was not creamy. My burger... Friends have said that Oakbrook Terrace location is a great place; it did not meet the expectations they set.

We picked up burgers and fries from here not too long ago and I usually judge a burger place by the quality of their fries - which were pretty good, just the right flavor for the seasoning. But then I got to the burger - I had ordered a #2 and I had a better burger at In-N-Out a few weeks ago in California for a fraction of the cost. Itll take me a lot to order a burger from there again but I may go back for the fires.
