Ive been to other Eggsperience locations, and generally theyre good. This one is terrible. Upon arrival I noticed that the atmosphere was frigid and loud. We were made to wait ten minutes on a Saturday morning before a table opened up. Once seated, we were made to wait to order refreshments and the waiter didnt even pour us any water to start. I ordered a cappuccino, veggie soup, and the triple crown waffle. The location advertised whole grain waffles, which is what I came for, but upon order they told me they cant make them. I settled for a regular waffle instead. They forgot to make my veggie soup and had to make it after the waffle arrived, so by the time I finished my soup my waffle had gone cold. The waffle wasnt crisp or firm; it felt like putty and fell apart in my hands. I could make much better waffles of better texture and flavor from a commercial mix at home. The cappuccino was terrible. It wasnt even a cappuccino. It was too large to be a cappucino; the foam wasnt thick and dissipated quickly; it was covered in cinnamon (which I did not want or expect); and it was far too much milk for an espresso, creating a weak, bland drink. It tasted like a watered down Starbucks cinnamon macchiato. I couldnt finish it, so I ordered a regular drip coffee expecting a bolder taste. That coffee was also weak and lacked any body to it. The service wasnt spectacular, the atmosphere didnt permit for a comfortable breakfast, and the food was pretty bad. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never come back here.

Food was okay. Service was terrible for lunch time. Took us almost 90 minutes to get out of this place. Not to mention the work crews jackhammering all through our lunch outside. While they couldnt do anything about it, it just added to the annoyance of being in there for 90 minutes and the waitress only coming by once after delivering our meal. I had to ask someone to chase her down in the back so I could get a refill on the small glass of soda that I have that had more ice than soda for a ridiculous amount of money.

I go there on a regular basis, as it as the only place in the area open early. My daughter found a fly in the fruit on three separate occasions. Ive never been apologized to, and had to ask twice for the new fruit platter each time. Once I was even asked, "So, what do you want me to do??" Gee, I dunno, maybe you could take that fly infested fruit plate and show with another one.

Love the eggselent eggsperience! If you would love to have tasty breakfast/brunch served with great care- this is the place. Inexpensive food, friendly staff and tasty, big portions. I always get the egg white healthy omelette, which comes with fruits and side of pancakes- its a huge portion that really can serve 2 people. Highly recommended.

Ive been here for breakfast a number of times. The staff and service are always friendly and fast. The food is outstanding - the omelets and scrambles are to die for. I love to go here for slow food - just take a good hour to enjoy the breakfast and a few cups of coffee. Perfect start to the day or after church.

Disappointing. "Over medium" eggs were runny and cold. Corned beef hash was OK but didnt taste like corned beef. Pancakes were good. Restaurant itself was cold. Hostess quickly walks to table, drops menus & runs off while youre still approaching table. $28 plus tip for 2 people. Wont be back ...

The food is great! The prices are very reasonable and the place is very cozy to stay in! The Pancakes are very good! (I recommend the Chocolate Chip Pancakes). Also, the skillets are amazing! The service is good and the staff are very friendly. A very family friendly place to go!

Had to wait 3 hours at OHare Intl. Decided to leave and find something local. This place is a few mins away. Staff was very attentive. Service was quick. Portions were reasonable for the price. Everything tasted so fresh. Worth a visit.

My fathers waffle was good but my sides of Corned beef hash, hash browns, and bacon were not particularly good, neither the portion size or the fact that they would serve burnt bacon rather than make a new order.
