Asking for extra butter was my first mistake , I found a thick short hair in my butter , after explaining the waitress calmed me by telling me its part of the cleaning brush thats been in need of replacement . Great instead if eating human hair Im eating a toilet cleaning brush ! , Ever bite of hash browns I found myself gaging and ended up scraping the whole idea about ever eating again ..... And thats why Im calling IHOP out on this , " you mean to tell us all your able to serve the general public food because you passed all the health codes , calling BS , They dont want you ( general public) serving without permits and inspections , Well they dont work ! Its up to management to assure quilty

I came here thinking that since the remodeling, that the food and customer service would be better.Well let me just say I ordered coffee,and there cheeseburger omelette in which when I received my food the omelette had a broken up hamburger pieces on top nothing like the picture ,but they didnt even try. Its get better when they brought out my coffee the cup had lipstick around the rim and it was fresh lipstick and it wasnt mine!So now Im calling the health department and have them come in because this is unacceptable for a newly remodeled establishment. I will not be returning this is an horrible experience and people who bring there families here to eat need to examine everything!

The cook evidently wasnt posting attention in class when they discussed well, medium well & rare steaks. We sent the good back & they still got it wrong. They need a new cook!!! AS for the waitress, when she was asked to bring steak sauce, instead of just going to get it she word for words the customers and Im sure she expects to get her 15% tip. Im going to do whats right & tip her but it will come back in the end.

The waitress was very nice and polite. I was seated in a tight spot. When I received my food my French toast was cold and tough/ didnt have much flavor. My hash were cooked too long and pancakes werent consistent.... the food didnt had a raw scent to it! Actually made me kind of nausea... I figured since they remodeled everything wouldve been in order but it was as not... and its freezing in this restaurant!!

Service is horrible! Im sitting here and no one has come to take our order! Calling for a manager as I type this! There are people around us that came after us and their order has been taken! The manager just offered us free drinks! Woop de doo! I wont be coming here again! Ill take my money elsewhere! And I havent even eaten yet! Ms. Linda is the reason why I wont leave! If I could rate this 0 stars I would!

I was here last night the manager is trifling the food is disgusting she wanted me to pay for something I barely took a bite off, she later assumed I didnt have money for my food because I disagreed with her about paying for something I didnt eat but she suggested I pay because I ordered it, waiter was nice but the manager have a horrible attitude by far the worse IHOP experience Ive ever had.

Took them over 25 minutes just to get our drink orders! Guy taking our order, you could tell he was new because he didnt even know the answers to any of the questions we asked him. Ants were crawling over the table. Horrible experience. Bring back the old IHOP and crew!!!! I use to love this place...

I went to IHOP in Melrose Park this morning to pick up my order. When I got home, I found a Staple in my Scorched eggs. So I tried to call the Manager to speak with him about a solution and he was "too busy" to speak with me. I will never eat here again. What if I had fed this to a child?

Great food. Ive been waiting a whole year to go back to IHOP. Of course today was National Pancake Day and pancakes for free until 7 p.m. and it was packed but it was only about a half hour wait. Waitress is great. Ill go back again very soon.

Service is horrible here. The waitress took forever to take the order. And she was not the one to take the order. Meanwhile she was walking back and forward doing absolutely nothing. They just rebuilt this IHOP and have crappy service already.

Food was ok. Ive been to better IHOP, and this was definitly NOT a good Ihop to go. Especially with the bitchy receptionist. She has an attitude problem. Not coming back here again or recommending this place to my.friends/family

Open 24 hours, so expect drunk students coming in being rowdy after midnight. But overall is good, and the managers are friendly and theyll remember your order and name.
