Came in craving a lemonade on a hot summer day in Chicago and was blown away by the entire experience. Audrey at the cash register was careful to ensure my order was correct and that she had given me enough ranch when I requested it. While she was getting my drink, a gentlemen brought out my sandwich and fries seconds after I had finished paying for my meal. While I was eating Patricia asked the elderly gentlemen at the table next to mine if she could get him anything and after she got him a napkin she asked if she could refresh my drink (I had already determined I was going to get some more lemonade even if the refills werent complimentary). After she returned with my drink she asked if she could take my tray since I had finished eating. A 5 star rating front to back!

The food is great! My only complain is when I placed an order through the drive thru and decided to add a second peach shake to my order I was told its too late. When I mentioned it to the manager she also said it was too late. What I dont understand is why suddenly? I mean 30 seconds too late? Literally!!! From the moment I order to the moment I drove to the window to pay no one else in front of me!!! 30 seconds too late!!! Try sharing a shake with two kids. No bueno!

I havent been to a Chick-Fil-A since the early 2000s down in Miami, so I cant remember enough to compare. This trip, I went through the drive-thru around 4pm. The cars ahead of me were moving pretty quickly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a waffle fry. Both items were delicious and it cost me about $6. The sandwich was a lot bigger than I thought it would be so for the price, its definitely worth your time and $$$.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Food is way overpriced and bland. Chicken is just OK, sandwiches are so plain, condiments seem to be given by request only. Did not get any sauce to that mightve given the sandwich some actual flavor. Their waffle fries have no flavor or crispiness. They are usually soggy and inedible. The only reason Im giving them any stars is because their staff is always so friendly and courteous.

I stopped by here on the way to the airport to grab a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food quality was as expected for their company standards. CFA doesnt disappoint as its one of the best fast food options out there. Its also one of the few places you can find good sweet tea in the north!

I regret I went there. I am not a first customer in a chick file a. I went to different locations before. Place was dirty including tables and restroom. People were lazy and not friendly. There were too busy talking to each other to take my order ! No music. Never again. Sorry, but really unhappy customer.

Place is always kept tidy and nest. Staff is very friendly and the manager seems to be very interactive with the customers and the employees. Only thing is that when I order something with a modification they always get the order wrong. Every. Single. Time. Overall good place to eat.

Chick-fil-A is known for their service, but this place seriously went above and beyond. The manager came out while we were eating to ask us how our meal was ("Great!") and they brought TWO samples of menu items by while we were eating. I mean, really? For a fast food place? Unreal

Very clean, including the restrooms and the staff is very friendly. I like the idea of giving you a marker for your table so you dont have to stand and wait for the order and they also took my trash away when they noticed we were done.

Great customer service and the food is great. the grilled market salad is a healthy yummy find on the menu. I only had one bad experience of the cashier forgetting to give me my change but besides that I love this restaurant.
