I would give this a zero but it wont let you This place is an absolute embarrasment to the Pizza Hut name. I ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be done at 7:45pm and they didnt hand them to me until 8:20 and I was not. The place was extremely dirty with no apparent management what-so-ever. One lady wanted to pay to get out after having to spend two hours to get her food in the dining room. Then she couldnt even pay. I had to ask a waitress who the manager was. hiss name was Marquis and he is the farthest thing from a manager you could imagine. I would have walked out long ago but the one thing they did right was take my money right away. Dont waste your time at this place, it is worse than a joke.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life..I ordered a 16pc wing at 11am in the morning it wasnt until 3 hours later that I had to call to find out were in the hell my food was..I mean Im sitting there thinking how long can it possibly take to make wings..only to find out that the women I spoke to canceled my order the entire time because they failed to inform me that they stopped making those certain wings..and all she could say was in a snotty tone that she called......I received one missed phone call and that was it...she didnt even bother to try calling again...what a horrible establishment and the workers there are even worse...will tell everyone I know not to order from here.

Hands down, the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life. I used to go to pizza hut years ago and decided to try it again tonight, and I dont ever remember it being this bad. I kid you not, the pizza was so hard that I actually looked down to make sure I wasnt eating cardboard. If youre reading this, please go anywhere else but here.

We made an online order and the staff at Pizza Hut managed to make a mistake on our order. We called back with a complaint, spoke to several different people including the manager who stated that that was the way the pizza was supposed to be. Overall, bad service and customer care when they should be correcting their own mistakes.

Worst customer service ever, first they messed up on my order, and when I called to complain manager tells me she is very busy, and doesnt have time to talk to me, she can only give me $10 credit for the $25 order, its redeculas....

always makes my pizza wrong called back and they told me they will give me credit for it and ended up only giving me $2 credit for 2 large and 1 medium pizza totally a waste of money

You have to go into Pizza Hut knowing its Pizza Hut, I dont expect the Taj Mahal of pizza. Food is good, always on time, always fresh. The employees are always friendly.
