Today at 9:15pm I visited Potbelly in Tinley Park .When I walked up to the door it was open kindly my boyfriend and I asked if they were still open and the employees there hesitated to respond and nodded their head yes. We walked up to the counter to place our order right away I notice that the young girl taking our order seem bother I did not understand what was the reason to her attitude as we move on to the next employee to finish our order he seem very bother as well . I felt very uncomfortable and not welcome. The whole time Im trying to figure what was the problem as I looked around I notice the sign on the door which stated they closed at 9pm. I asked the employee "you close at 9 today?"Her response was "yes" I apologize to her and told her I did not notice the sign. I understand that they were closed what I dont understand is if the employees there forgot to lock the door its not our fault that happen. When we asked if they were still open they said yes if they would of told us they were closed I would gone to a different restaurant to eat. Instead they seem force to take our order and very rude. I live in the area and visit this restaurant often . After this experience I will be taking my business somewhere else.

They are 0 for 2 in getting my web orders filled. I placed a web order at 8:30pm, and as I was filling out the payment info, it changed the pickup time from 8:45 to 9:00. I figured "okay, Ill just wait a little longer." On my way there (its a five minute drive), I figured Id call just to make sure everything was okay. As it turns out, Potbelly closes at 9:00 and they were unaware of the order. They were unable to complete my order, as a result. Money was refunded, but still... So I left feedback on their website and a representative contacted me to resolve the issue. They said they spoke with the store and are very sorry, blah blah blah. A week later, I placed another web order, figuring they learned their lesson. The order had a pick-up time of 7:45... I arrived at 7:44, and they were unaware of the web order. It became clear why--THE MACHINE THAT PRINTS THE WEB ORDER IS LITERALLY OUT OF THEIR VIEW AND PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY A WALL. Due to the contents of the web order, I ended up having to wait another half hour for them to complete the order. I wont be going there again. Completely incompetent.

this is the most amazing place ever!! i have a room mate who is pregnant but she is stuck in bed! i go get her cookies almost every day! they have let me special order ( let me explain.. she has the cookies down to a science! some days they are more chewy then others! ) so i let them know so they had the person make the ones she liked andthey put them aside til i was able to come after class to grab them! they have also stayed a little later waiting for me to come get them! the manager there is amazing there is no other words to describe her!!

My review is of this specific Potbelly. I am a big fan of Potbelly but my experience at this location have been not so good. Ordered a Tuna Sandwich, the guy who made it must have put less than a teaspoon of Tuna on the sandwich. I guess they were running out so instead of giving me the option to order something else he decided to short change me. when I got the replacement 15 minutes later, there was no Mayo in the tuna. Terrible Experience that deserves a 1 star but I will give 3 stars because the company overall serves good food.

Service is horrible. Once the employees got done arguing with each other they finally took my order. Place was empty and took close to 15 min to get an Italian sandwich. Chilli looked horrible and she literally scrapped the bottom of the pan to give me a bowl which I then declined. Place was filthy as well. Every table is dirty. 14 Jan 2017 is the last time I will ever visit. I noticed the owner contacted a previous reviewer and offered to make things right. If you want to make this right, hire better employees!

The food is consistent. The employees are nice though I think they overwork them. I can go in there any day and I see the same people. Their shakes are like magic orgasms ill talk to weigh in a yummy treat

Those who missed out on PotBelly sandwitches missed out on life. Dont just go to Starbucks. Be more adventurous...their sandwiches are good and you should go grab one on the way out!!! ♡

I go here frequently (2-3 times/month) and the food is very consistent and delicious. Really fast service and a very clean store. A great atmosphere to be in.
