Look, I have low expectations for a side of the highway fast food joint that I will most likely never stop at again. However, this particular location landed especially low on the highlight reel of my road trip. Things I understand we cant control: Sunday afternoon when everyone and their whole family is out of church looking for a bite to eat, someone probably calling off (Sunday morning flu) or quitting, or the white-trash lady with her squad of screaming kids behind us. Things that this Taco Bell/KFC can and should control to prevent a review such as this one : Visible management who can support their associates, run the show and take care of issues when one occurs. Several employees looked like the had no idea what they were doing. We ordered a bowl of food that came out of the food line with a coarse dark hair mixed into the gravy, and brought it up to the counter at the same time another patron brought up their own hair specimen. The blonde lady at the counter was apologetic and asked how to remedy the situation. She was great, we only needed an apology. This brings me to the next thing this location can control which is HAIR NETS. Congratulations on making your employees wear visors but where was the hair net for the long beard of one of your line attendants? I do not know the health codes of this area but regardless, that seemed to be the culprit of the hair in the food. Absolutely disgusting. I know were paying next to nothing, but I do not think a strangers beard hair was included in the price.

If I had the option to give no stars I would. The place was absolutely filthy. The counters and tables needed to be wiped down. Then they got my husbands food order wrong as well as the person in front of us and behind us. I went to use the restroom and of the two stalls one was out of order. When I opened the second stall door there was wet toilet paper all over the floor along with fluids. I sat down and in the midst of using the restroom the whole toilet seat, lid and bolts fell off and I crashed into the wall and found myself awkwardly and painfully stuck between the toilet and wall. I had a million and one things I wanted to say to the manager but I was so embarrassed I just left. This was the most disgusting and humiliating experience in any "restaurant" Ive had in my entire life!!!!

Stopped here after craving taco bell. At the window, the cashier confirmed we wanted fire and mild sauce. Asked us to pull forward cause it wasnt quite ready. After we got our meal, my husband drove off before I had a chance to check the meal first. We are traveling and just wanted to get home. However, as we are pulling onto the interstate I notice, we do not have straws, napkins or sauces. Very disappointing especially after she confirmed our sauces at the window. My chiluppa was put together lopsided so it just drop stuff everywhere and with no napkins we ended up with dripping leaking from the papers and onto us. Maybe be trivial stuff but and goes to show how disorganized and how the workers are not properly trained. Get a new manager in there asap and clean it up.

This is also a KFC. I ordered an eight-piece bucket of chicken. I specified I wanted two of each part. The little punk idiot gave me four wings, two legs, one breast, and one thigh. The moron also did not put any utensils or napkins be in the bag, making it difficult to eat the mashed potatoes and cole slaw. He is very, very lucky I didnt bother to go back to complain, as I would have knocked his teeth right out of his head. Corporate needs to seriously reevaluate this particular franchise.

Dont eat there no matter how desperate you are! Went to the restroom before ordering and was absolutely filthy, first red flag. Taco shells were stale and tomatoes were rotten. I couldnt stomach eating half a taco; immediately got a refund. Dont even get me started on how bad the KFC side was. Avoid this restaurant all together!

DONT DO IT!! Go elsewhere!! In my opinion, this is the worst run restaurant on earth. The restaurant is not clean. The servers are poorly trained or idiots or both. Our order was wrong and the food was cold. It took 34 minutes to get our food. Bad food. Bad service. Other than that, it was just great!!

This place was okay for being on the side of the highway. Enough room to maneuver an 18 wheeler to park on the side. They dont know how to count so make sure you get what you pay for . I guess they dont like to give out utensils and napkins either.

The idiots working here had no idea what they were doing and they shut the fryer off to clean it at 1 pm so couldnt fry anything so we went to Wendys. Plus we waited in line for 30 min with only 2 people ahead of us so super slow.

The slowest drive thru ever! 38 minutes for 6 items. No one else in the drive thru, no one ordering at the counter. Almost 40 minutes and still got the order wrong. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
