When i got here (i was a little early so i didnt mind waiting) i paid for my food and the gentleman that I gave my money to was obviously not a cashier usually and left the drawer to the register open the entire time I was there, this was about 15 minutes. As I stood there waiting I did not see one camera facing the register let alone inside the store at all. On top of that whoever was the more experienced employee was talking on her cell phone very ignorantly about a customer that called to change and order. Not too picky of a customer but i couldnt believe what i experienced here! Teach your employees basic skills before letting them run the night shift totally cant believe what happened here tonight!

My friend and I got delivery. We ordered the 10$ dinner box plus and order of cheese sticks. When the order got to her house, the cheese sticks were VERY undercooked . The bread sticks were BURNT !! The Cinnamon Sticks were HORRIBLE !! The Pizza was smashed and had WAY TOO MUCH sauce on it .. may I go on or should I stop there? THIS WAS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD !! please do not order from this pizza hut, theyre NOT GOOD AT ALL !! All we wanted was a girls night with some good food and it was ruined with horrible food. THANKS A LOT PIZZA HUT !!

I just called got immediately put on hold. Then someone came on and said they wouldnt deliver 10 min away so I said Ill pick up then. And for some reason was put on hold again, and waited 45 minutes with no one coming back before hanging up. And in that time my mother called from her phone and had someone else answer and placed our order within 5 minutes no problem.. that is ridiculous. Whatever guy answered the phone for me needs at the least an ass chewing that u cant treat paid customers like that.

I ordered online the first time and my son picked it up. The food was good and he had no complaints. I ordered online the second time and picked the pizza up myself. The initial conversation was rocky and the girl was short with me. I continued being nice and we were laughing and talking even after I got my pizza. She must have been having a moment when I got there, but I guess I got her past it. I wanted to have nothing to do with that nonsense.

I called at 10:27 and the employee that answered the phone answered with EXTREME ATTITUDE. I wanted to place an order for delivery and he said "well we close in 20 minutes" and sat there and argued with me when they closed in 33 minutes ... worst service I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional people working at this location.

Placed an order online and it wasnt quite ready when I got there 15-20min later (it said 15min online), but it was Friday night and they were busy with people picking up orders. Only two people were actually eating in the dining room. Everyone else was picking up. The stuffed garlic knot pizza was pretty good.

This is the worst place and they have the worst customer service. They came to the wrong place, call me and ask for the wrong name then cancel my whole order. I mean I wrote my name in there so you could see it. Then I called and asked and they gave me an attitude. Never place your order from here

I have requested that one of the toppings to be tomato and I thought its going to be tomato slices actually I got frozen choped tomato on the top of the pizza and I didnt know what it was it was terrible

This place is usually understaffed with only 1 waiter or waitress who is also doing double-duty in the kitchen. The pizza has been typical Pizza Hut.
