used to love this location back when it was the old staff, before the remodel job. hardly ever a problem. now steakhouse king, bottom part w/ meat was warm, top part w/ lettice mayo & whatnots were cool to the touch. cheese not evn melted. went back askd 2 pop it in2 microwave n dey made a new 1 insted. new 1 wasnt much warmer then old. still unmelted cheese. probably wont be back anytime soon.

Awful. On two separate occasions I stopped at this Burger King and my food was old and cold. First time I thought it was what I ordered.. This time I see its a pattern of this establishment. As long as it took to get our food I should at least had hot food. The chicken nuggets I got today were dry and pale colored. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This is vary nice Burger king to go to. It has a dime in dinning room newly remodelled. With power outlets for your lab top computer, to charge your cell phone, the view is vary nice at the new lenox Burger King. The bathrooms are clean and vary nice. Every thing has handicapped access. They have a drive through.
