An extremely disappointing Harvest Dinner. It was a disaster from the late start to the bitter end. If my dinning companion and I had not paid in advance we would have left. $85 for the poor service and bad food is a crime. Even the wait staff knew there were problems but could not do anything about it. To have the dinner outside under those heat lamps? Either your skin was burning or you were cold. We even moved inside along with another couple after a bit. As far as the service, if you were one of the first to get your food, you were done with your meal by the time the last table got theirs. Then you had a 15-20 minute wait until the next plating. As for the food, one of the dishes contained shrimp that wasnt even deveined, the main entree was undercooked, with blood specks in our chicken. And the desert was overcooked and grainy. I was sick to my stomach before the meal was over, and sick most of the night and today. Overall a very horrible time. I was so excited to invite my friend for a wonderful meal, but we both had an awful experience. Ive filled out their comment form on-line and they cant even bother themselves to contact me.

The food here is not cheap, but it is very high quality. I only shop for groceries on occasion; I mostly visit to enjoy the food and beverages at The Cube which is the wine/beer/cheese area that features a bar and grill with a small, but delicious menu. There are usually a dozen great craft beers on tap and surprisingly excellent sushi is also available to order. If you dont like whats on tap, you can also buy bottles or cans from the to-go section and drink that at the bar or your table. Very friendly, knowledge staff, too. Go on Friday or Saturday between noon and 7pm and you can also order from the "Seafood Shack" by the fish counter. They offer fish & chips plus rotating specials such as lobster rolls and blue marlin tacos. Always excellent. Ive only eaten at the Grill once - the food there is good, but I prefer the atmosphere and selection at The Cube. The coffeeshop is open from 6am to 6pm daily and they make excellent brews. Again, a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ive never tried the "Whats for Dinner Tonight" pre-packaged meals, but I have heard good reviews from people I trust.

For those who have never been, this is combination of a Whole Foods style supermarket with a bar/restaurant attachment. Its not the largest supermarket compared to large chains like Trader Joes however it has practically everything youll need with a great selection of wines. Beware that the prices are steep since this is one of those trendy organic locally grown stores. I cant speak to the quality of the market as I ate at the hybrid sit-down/fast-food (reminiscent of Panera, but better service) restaurant right next to the actual store. I ordered the Mustard Honey Turkey Sandwich with a large helping of fries. Both were great although the sandwich was a little messy and didnt really taste like mustard honey. Service was friendly and prompt with our requests. The meal came with a nice warm cookie at the end. Overall would recommend to try at least once. The meal prices varied from about $12 - $18

Not a great first impression! Wanting to check out the store for quite a while and finally did. The store itself is designed nice and the layout is good. Appearance wise no complaints but I also think this is was contributes to the hype and pricing! I found most of their products to be over priced. I bought a few of the already made products and honestly none of them taste like what I would expect for that price point. Checked out the seafood section and the gentleman behind the counter had his back to me. Then another patron walked up and despite me being there first, he rushed to help her. Upon first impressions, I found the store to be pretentious and over priced. I highly doubt I will be returning. There are plenty of stores in the area that offer high quality and organic food at a fraction of the cost.

Ive never seen a grocery store & restaurant so incompetent of performing simple tasks. Primarily when it comes to the grill, how difficult is it to complete a customers order? Im not the one to do something like this but I am so sick & tired of wasting my time. Why in the world would I pay a premium prices when I am getting disgusting service? Management has had 4 opportunities to make this right & nothing ever changes. Just read GrubHub reviews & you will think twice beforehand. Unless you are interested in receiving only a portion of your order. A good product is complete garbage to me if the service is trash. Which is exactly why I provided the complimentary meal back to the manager this evening. Go through the same joke of a dinner again? My time is worth more than a few dollars.

Did not seem to care when I contacted them on a policy change in the coffee shop. Understand they are in the business to make a decent profit Must check dates on all produce since they have a habit of not removing expired produce from shelves. Must carefully check all receipts because what is listed for the selling price is not what rings up. The chicken I have purchased has been of poor quality. Definitely not the same level as Whole Foods or Plum Market. Steaks good though. For a store that charges a premium on specialty products and meat they sure do not do not provide a good shoppers experience from the store management level and management seems to have an attitude that they Really dont care about the consumer and do not need your business if you question them on these issues

This place is great because... 1. Tasty heat and eat meals 2. Sometimes they have Blue Apron-like cooking kits that are fun 3. The coffee is AMAZING 4. Fresh pasta case! 5. Great selection of meats to order for holiday meals. Ive made outstanding easter hams and thanksgiving turkeys from here. 6. Fish and chips!!! 7. The grill is just an excellent spot for a casual meal. I love their salads, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. Everything has a culinary inspired twist. Plus the fruit waters are fun.

The last two times my wife and I visited the grill, the restaurant was understaffed to the point they had stopped taking orders (we were told we had to wait 45 minutes to order with no apologies or incentive to return). Today we ordered only to here the server explain to another table that the wait for their order was taking so long due to being understaffed and being unfamiliar with the new menu. We like the convenience of the grill but wont return until these issues are fixed.

Me and my husband walked into the cafe, and we were totally ignored because these teenagers (or young adults) kept on talking and yelling while we were standing right in front of them. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge us and asked us if we were ready to order...5 minutes! And we were standing 3 feet in front of them. I dont know if i can really blame them because they are still "kids", but still Standard Market...Dont hire people who are not serious...

If organic stuff is what youre looking for, this is it. The burgers are generally great, the pasta is pretty good. Im not really a fan of the dining atmosphere and the prices though for what you get out of the experience. Its many of my coworkers favorite spot for lunch but if Im going for an assembly line feel and pricey guacamole I can just go to Chipotle. That said, Ive got a solid, heavy blue collar background and Im not a fancy place person.
