LAST TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE! I just had the worst experience with KELLY this afternoon. She was acting like she was the owner of the place. I had already a bad experience in this place, with another employee a few months ago. But I didnt want to just post anything because I dont like to give negative feedbacks to any business but this time she really made me feel that I was asking something free when I really know how the business is with Starbucks as I have been their customer for many years and none of the other locations that Ive been at have given attitude like this.

Love love love my Starbucks and will always go. But usually go to this one and the team is always hysterical and personable and crack me up in the drive thru. Tend to mobile order and pick up In Drive thru. Some of the Times there I was late or stuck on a call in the lot and forgot I didnt grab it. When they didnt do anything wrong nor there is no need to make anew, they do automatically. Top notch customer service and hysterical wonderful personalities and love their jobs and their clients each day. Make you feel like family. Thanks team Streamwood.
