Worst Starbucks around. I have gone there many times. It used to be great. The last 3 times Ive gone there the manager is rude to customers and staff. The drinks are terrible. They never taste like the other Starbucks locations I go to. I only went there because it is close to my work. I gave them one more chance today and I was disappointed yet again. I have sent notes to corporate but as far as I can tell nothing has changed. This Starbucks is giving the chain a bad name. YUCK!

Truly a welcoming place - theres a particular employee that is exceptional and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied. Dark skinned - plump. (I apologize for unable to describe her further than this. ) Other employees are also amazing. The whole establishment is neatly run and Id recommend going here to anyone even in its busiest times!

Went for coffee and a doughnut Sandra was very helpful and nice the coffee was hot and the doughnut was very good she even knows her customers by name and preference on how they like their drinks made

Starbucks is located inside Harrahs Joliet. Staff is great and coffee is always perfect!
