When I was inside the Starbucks, I ordered a pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting, 3 mummy cake pops & a pumpkin Latte. *I told her that the cute festive cake pops were going to be a fun treat for my kids & she responded to me-so that made me know for very certain that she understood my order up to that point. I conveniently payed with my cell phone using the Starbucks App which is the best & easiest way to pay. I was handed a small bag that had the cake pops in it & was told she had to warm my cupcake. She handed me the warm cupcake & I made the cashier aware that she had given me the wrong kind of cake pops- I reiterated that I had ordered 3 mummy cake pops but was given two chocolate cake pops & a pink cake pop. I assumed that she was going to take care of the issue & that it was going to be a quick fix.... That was not the case; she began to rerun the transaction on her register & I told her to just forget it-that it was fine & that I didnt want to hold up her line anymore... she seemed to be fine with that. She began to assist her next customer & not fixing her error with my order. I just walked over to finish waiting for my latte to be done which took a bit more time than usual...? *I had met my friend there during her lunch break-so I didnt want to waste anymore time. I waited until my latte was done and sat by my friend to enjoy the remaining time of her lunch hour. Although I was disappointed with the service I received - my visit to this Starbucks location was fun because I was able to sit, talk and laugh with my friend while enjoying the ambience. *The pumpkin latte, pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting & my friends regular coffee were very good.

One of my favorite Starbucks stores but I didnt have the best experience today. My drink was made wrong in the drive through which was no biggie so I went in to have it fixed. Walking in, 2 people look at me but no one says anything out of the 4-6 people standing there. One was working hard on drinks so I figured when she went to set a drink down I would let her know about my drink. Very irritating when there are people standing there just looking around and couldnt even say anything to me. My drink was made wrong the second time and when telling the girl again, another one spoke up r me and told her what I needed. She then huffed at me like I was ruining her day. Not okay. Staff should be reminded that not everyone you come into contact with is going to be pleasant but they should at least do their job which is customer service in this case. My coffee was great the third time though!

I love Starbucks. The only problem I have is that it seems that with every starbucks you go to, drinks are made differently. I love my iced coffee with extra cream and when I came here one time it was perfect. The next time I came it looked darker than the night sky. I just dont understand how every time I visit, my drink looks different and is made differently. Also with this location many times have I been handed a frap thats been dripping from the sides or sticky. I will always go to Starbucks, but just hope they fix these things.

05/24/17 2:30pm . Walked in , was in hurry . I was second person in line . Waited 5 minutes , eventually the first persons order was taken . Then it turned out that they are OUT of coffee. No pile , no regular , nothing , Starbucks coffee out of coffee. Got out pissed without placing an order . 10 minutes of my life waisted on this lousy location

I have yet to have a negative experience here. They are one of the busier stores, but always take the time to to make your experience better. They even offer my puppy a free puppacino when we have gone through the drive through.

Painfully loud crappy music . I dont expect to have input on content, but they said volume is controlled by Corporate . If that is true, it seems like a very bad idea. No toilet paper was the icing on the cake .

Their online order process is better than before. Theyre awfully FAST here. Awful being GREAT. :-) Not a lot of charging stations but it doesnt stop the customers bringing in their devices.
