Update 10/14/16 As a die hard customer of this and Westmont location for years, it pains me to downgrade to 3 stars. First, the servers are inexperienced which is not a big deal due to obvious frequent changes in staff. The special of the day, mango idli was very dry. Dosa took 25 minutes to arrive with 4 total customers in the restaurant. Sambhar has obviously lost flavor. Lastly, I didnt see value for the money I spent. Unfortunate, as I loved talking about this place. My first review last year. Great food, great service. Dosa is one of the best I ever had.

Quality has Dropped Manifolds! Used to be a good Indian food place but the quality has went far down. Went in today and the whole place was stunk up in sweat odor. Had to change tables to avoid the odor. The server, the greeter all need body spray. The glasses were unclean, had them changed but still used a straw for our water. We always come for Dosa here but the quality today was beyond ridiculous. Will stop recommending this place anymore and would not be returning.

First time there so we shared a few items to get a sense of their cooking. Every dish was fresh and distinct in taste, starting from the chutnies. The biggest issue with Indian restaurants are, they are a hit or miss after a while. My suggestion is, please keep up the good quality. It was a treat to enjoy tasty food in a clean and tastefully done ambience over lovely music. We recommend Shree, Naperville.

I like their dosa and some other fare. Yet to try out a lot of other things that they have on their menu. One request: Add the option of Masala to your Rava Dosas. One feedback: I usually order takeout through Eat24. I have never found the knife, spoon, fork, napkins etc. in the takeout bag, even though I request it is written in the takeout instructions. Please take care of that.

Amazing Indian Food and Friendly Staff. Being a Vegetarian, food at this place has some seriously Delicious food. I think it has one of the biggest Paper Dosa across the Chicago Area and if you love Sweet Lime Soda- this is the place for it. Eventhough it sounds like more for South Indian Food, to my surprise during my couple of visits, even North Indian Curries are wonderful.

quality of food and hygiene seem fine ...paneer pakodas were great... Positives stop there.. ordered paneer kadai after reading a review but it had ketchup in the gravy..really ? Even a bachelor cooking in a hostel knows not to add ketchup to a sabji.. Such ridiculous mistake cannot be pardoned when you are charging $12.5 for curries Portions are not satisfactory either

Food used to be great. Ive been visiting this restaurant since 2016. Being a vegetarian, this place served my needs well. Their naan was amazing. Note, "WAS" amazing. Ordered take away recently with orders of naan. Though the entrees still taste excellent, their naans are a different story now. Thick, burnt, horrible naans! Made rotis at home instead of having those naans!

No doubt food used to be good here. Quality of food has definitely gone down. More than that is the attitude of the manager sucks. He shows lot of unnecessary attitude in smallest possible things. Very rude, happened three times in a row. Done with sri and wont advice this restaurant anymore. Wish there is a negative star

Very bad experience at Shree resturant.We had ordered carryout but few items were missing from our order .We informed this to manager but he wanted us to come again for pickup.We expected a refund or have the missed item delivered.Overall customer service is not very good.

Food quantity is very less. Ordered Veg. Biryani and I was shocked when I opened the box. Biryani was literally floating in the oil. Half the box was filled with oil. Oil enough to deep fry 4 samosas. Overall experience : High price , less quantity, very bad food quality.

Over priced very poor quality Indian Food! Shree had a good reputation when they just had 1 location more than 15 years back. Very disappointed with this Naperville location - very slow service, salty food, thali that contained the worst rasam and sambhar I have tasted!

Im really not happy with the restaurant. We almost waited for 35mins for our order. Upon enquiring with staff then they realized they forgot to give our order to prepare. People who came 1/2 hr after us were getting their order items. And we were made to wait long.

Best pure vegetarian restaurant in the entire naperville area ..their pakka planner is outstanding with ginger strips on top.....awesome service....rose lassi yogurt drink is heavenly....roti and naan both are very good and tasty....

My favorite! If you are a vegetarian and on a look out for a vegetarian restaurant, this is the place for you! The service tends to get slow with availability of support but they serve some amazing food! The taste is consistent.

when you see an Indian eating at an Indian place, to me thats a good indication food is authentic. Dont be shy, tell them you dont know how to eat there food and they will show you. Good food too!
