I normally would not take time to negatively review a Buisness but this one deserves it. I called at 9:45 and after completing my entire order and also paying via credit card, was told it would be 30 minutes and the phone call ended. They called back at 9:52 to let me know they didnt have a delivery person so I offered to come pick it up but then they said they were closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10 so at that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and said she had shut her registers down and they were closed. I brought it to her attention that it wasnt closing time and I said so you closed your register 15 minutes early and she hung up on me. Not professional at all. That was very unprofessional of a person in a managerial position. I know what its like to work with the public and have a certain time to hope to walk out that door and the day end but when youre in customer service that is something that comes with it. I will be calling higher management tomorrow because Im almost positive that what this manager did is completely against policy.

Yesterday we went here and it was horrid. The only reason it is getting one star is because our waitress was nice, friendly, and was making the best of a bad situation. The pizza I ordered was a simple pepperoni, mushroom, olive personal pan pizza. After 20 minutes they come out with a barbecue sausage pizza. We send it back and about 40 MINUTES after that they come out with a sausage olive pizza. We send it back. I walk up to the counter where the guy making the pizzas is currently at and ask him to make my pizza a to go order and he JUST STARES AT ME SILENTLY until I walk away. We watched other people come and go with their pizzas LONG before mine was done. Guess what, when they finally got the topics right, they still f**ked up by giving me a large pizza to go instead of a personal pan pizza and STILL WANTED US TO PAY FOR IT. Never going to another pizza hut again.

Deserves zero stars, not one. After many attempted orders over the course of the last year, I am done with this Pizza Hut. They often could not deliver at all, almost always are out of one or more components of the pizza that was ordered, and customer service was difficult at best (hard to understand the kids on the phone speaking fast and without proper annunciation of words). The management and service at this Pizza Hut location is the problem in my opinion, not the product. I think higher management is on a permanent vacation, or just doesnt care about the quality of service.

Great place to eat. Only complaint is both things of tea I was getting tea out of to put in my to go cup had big gooey chunks of black come out like the containers hadnt been properly cleaned in awhile.

Trust me you dont want to go here. Bad pizza, horrible customer service. Drive to west main if you feel the need to have Pizza Hut at all. Papa johns is the way to go, though.

Lunch buffet is a joke. when they "do" put fresh pizza out you have to fight a mob to try and get a slice. Had to fix our own drinks on the last trip.
