Ive known this place for over 16 years and their ribs are BAD! If you are a TRUE bbq person you will know that their ribs are HORRIBLE! The only reason I buy them every blue moon is when you want ribs soooooo bad and either everybody else is closed or you just dont wanna travel to get the good ones

Sometimes theres a long wait but its always worth that wait. Ive never been disappointed with the rib tips. Definitely recommend stopping for some food if youre in the area. ** Theyre closed on Sundays and Mondays. Sometimes they even go on vacation (you cant blame them) **

As a friend of mine says, "Without the sauce youre lost". The food at this place is very good. You might wait a little bit, but it is well worth it. The rib tips are always very tender and flavorful. The chicken is good too. I highly recommend this place.

Went there because it was a little too far to drive to Uncle Johns. I got an small tip. Yes, I agree with a review that I had read. The tips are tender, BECAUSE THEY ARE BOILED. Very tasteless. Should have gone to Uncle Johns.

You can Usually smell the smoke right when you get off 159th st. Have been going here for over 20years. Best ribs in city of Chicago and surrounding Burbs. CALL AHEAD or you will be waiting. worth the wait if you forget to call.

The people who are rating this place high dont know bbq..I ordered a rib/chicken cmbo.My ribs were cut paper thin and a tiny portion.The wings dry. The sauce was watered down and they gave me a bunch of frues..BLAND FOOD..

Worst ribs I ever had too much fat more fries then ribs although the hot wings were great. Service was bad 15 minutes later he asked me what did I order while people were coming in getting their orders . Ill never go back.

They have good food. I only wish the cooked the fries a little harder.. and that they didnt toss the bread on top of my food. I wish the accepted credit cards but other than that its good.

My wife calls ahead to order ribs usually once a week coming from work .We get tips & a small end ( 1/2 slab ) The ribs are so tender & love the sauce !
